The purpose of the data processing is: The purpose of Processing Customer Data by KnowBe4 is for the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement including: storage; access for customer service and support; providing Customer access and use of the Services; abuse detection, prevention, and remediation; and maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.
