Section 18.6.2. 39 In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing, observance of a picket line, or other 40 restriction of work in any form, either on the basis of individual choice or collective employee 41 conduct, the Union will immediately, upon notification, attempt to secure an immediate and 42 orderly return to work of employees under the Union's jurisdiction. This obligation and the 43 obligations set forth in Section 18.6.1 above shall not be affected or limited by or subject to the 44 grievance provisions of this Agreement. 45 47 48 3 4 5 Section 19.1. 6 Employees will be evaluated annually on the District evaluation form. For 16 employees hired on or after January 15, goals and/or standards to be used in their evaluation will be 17 presented to the employee within sixty (60) days of hire. In the absence of specialized goals or standards, 18 the information contained in specific written instructions or training materials provided by a supervisor 19 or program manager; or information, feedback, goals, or standards presented on the employee's annual 20 evaluation completed at the end of the previous school year will suffice as evidence of the performance 21 goals or standards, or the notification of a need for improvement. If the employee desires a conference 22 with the supervisor or evaluator to present or discuss goals or standards, they must request this meeting 23 on or before January 30.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 125 The benefits provided to an administrator by Section 125 of the Revenue Act of 1978, both Generation I and Generation II, shall be made available. Any start-up cost and annual fee (if charged) will be paid by the school district and the monthly administrative fee will be paid by participating administrator.
