Section 4.6.1. 44 The responsibility for the prompt removal of notices from the bulletin boards after they have 45 served their purpose shall rest with the individual who posted such notices.
Section 4.6.1. 44 The names, work assignments, work locations and cumulative days worked by substitute shall 45 be provided to the Association upon request.
Section 4.6.1. 8 The Association will have the right to use District facilities and equipment when such 9 equipment or facilities are not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable 10 cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. District facilities may be used for 11 meetings and to transact official business, except if the business relates to issues defined as 12 work stoppage.
Section 4.6.1. Each Lender hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to set off, net and apply any and all amounts at any time owing to such Lender under any Loan Document, or otherwise payable or distributable by the Administrative Agent to such Lender under any Loan Document with respect to any payment of principal, interest, fees or other amounts, against any amount that the Administrative Agent has demanded to be returned under the preceding clause (a) above.
Section 4.6.1. 19 Each employee hired during the term of this agreement will be provided with a copy of this 20 agreement (printed and supplied by PSE) and specifically apprised of the Union security 21 provisions contained therein.
Section 4.6.1. 20 The Association and its individual members agree to indemnify and hold the District harmless 21 from all claims arising from the release to the Association President of the data specified in 22 Section 4.6 above.
Section 4.6.1. 46 The District agrees to submit a report monthly along with its remittance of dues identifying 47 each employee by name, social security number, position, gross salary, and dues amount
Section 4.6.1. (1) If the employer has the information in the employer's records, the employer shall, in 24 accordance with RCW 51.56.035, provide to the Exclusive Bargaining Representative the 25 following information for each employee in an appropriate bargaining unit:
(a) The employee's name and date of hire;
Section 4.6.1. 13 Each year, the District shall make available to the president of the Association or his/her 14 designated representative, the names and hire dates of all employees in their respective job 15 classifications.
Section 4.6.1. 30 Each employee hired during the term of this agreement will be provided access to an electronic 31 copy of this agreement by the Union and specifically apprised of the Union security provisions 32 contained herein.
