Section 7.5.2 Sample Clauses
Section 7.5.2. 29 Any employee hired after the beginning of the work year shall be entitled to receive prorated 30 vacation credit for the portion of the year worked.
Section 7.5.2. 44 All employees needing to fulfill time, due to school closure, will be provided adequate notification. 45
Section 7.5.2 casual position is one created by the District for a period not to exceed thirty (30) 34 consecutive work days.
Section 7.5.2. 2 Drivers who are assigned a trip and then are unable to give management at least twenty-four (24) 3 hours’ notice of inability to take the trips shall be taken off the rotation list for the following two (2) 4 rotations. Employees on authorized leave under Article IX shall not be penalized.

Section 7.5.2. 10 All authorized hours worked on Saturday or Sunday, as defined herein, shall be 11 compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times the employee’s base hourly rate.
Section 7.5.2. 39 Bereavement Leave shall not be accumulative and is not deducted from accumulated sick leave.
Section 7.5.2. 12 No employee shall be required to work a split shift unless the employee requests to do so. A split 13 shift is a regular assignment with a separation in the middle that is longer than their contractual 14 break time. This provision shall take effect on August 25, 2014.
Section 7.5.2. 11 On student attendance days, the Center coordinator may authorize or assign a Family Support 12 Specialist or General Assistant to participate in the student lunch period. Employees so 13 authorized shall not be required to have an unpaid lunch period on that date.
