Section 7.7.4. 2 The employee on leave of absence will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and 3 seniority rights while on leave of absence. However, vacation credits, sick leave, and seniority 4 shall not accrue while the employee is on leave of absence; provided, however, that if such leave 5 is approved for extended illness or injury, seniority shall accrue.
Section 7.7.4. Employees will be notified at the beginning of the school year as to their job title, scheduled 35 hours of work, lunch and breaks, hourly rate of pay, and the name and contact information of 36 their immediate supervisor. 37
Section 7.7.4. 37 When any route is increased in time by forty-five (45) minutes or more per day, incrementally or 38 not, it shall be considered a new route and put up for bid. When any route is eliminated or reduced in 39 time by forty-five (45) minutes or more per day, incrementally or not, the driver shall have the 40 option of bumping a less senior driver with more time.
