SECURITY AND DUES CHECK OFF. 2.1 The Employer will provide a complete copy of the Agreement to the Union and an electronic version will be available to all employees on the City website and internal City portal. The Employer agrees to have an electronic version with any amendments, memorandum of agreement, or memorandum of understanding available for reference by bargaining unit employees, if the technology is available to the Employer.
SECURITY AND DUES CHECK OFF. A. Section C., “Agency Shop” and all provisions contained therein shall be effective within thirty (30) days from the affirmative vote of the majority of the employees who vote in the Supervisory Unit. This vote may be conducted simultaneously with the vote to ratify any amendments to this contract or ratify the entire contract.
SECURITY AND DUES CHECK OFF. The employer agrees to provide a copy of the collective agreement to every new employee. Within the first fifteen (15) work days of a new employee commencing work, the employer shall permit a union representative to meet with a new employee for a maximum of forty-five (45) minutes during the new employee’s orientation for the purpose of familiarizing the new employee with the union. The union representative shall suffer no loss of pay when the meeting takes place during their regularly scheduled working hours. The employee shall suffer no loss of pay for this union orientation time as set out in this article.

  • UNION SECURITY AND DUES 3.01 All employees will be required to pay Union dues or the equivalent of Union Dues as a condition of employment, and that amount shall be deducted from the wages of each employee employed in any position within the bargaining unit described in Article 2 of this Agreement.

  • UNION SECURITY AND CHECK-OFF 5.01 All present seniority employees who are currently members of the Union will be required to continue to be members of the Union as a condition of employment for the duration of this Agreement.

  • UNION SECURITY AND CHECKOFF 5:01 It shall be a condition of continued employment for all employees including probationary employees, as defined in Article 2, to become members and maintain membership in good standing in the Union.

  • Frequency and Duration There shall be an open enrollment period for health coverage in each year of this Agreement, and for dental coverage in the first year of this Agreement. Each year of the Agreement, all employees shall have the option to complete a Health Assessment. Open enrollment periods shall last a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days in each year of the Agreement. Open enrollment changes become effective on January 1 of each year of this Agreement. Subject to a timely contract settlement, the Employer shall make open enrollment materials available to employees at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the open enrollment period.

  • UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES CHECK-OFF 7.01 All Employees covered by this Agreement shall become members of the Union as a condition of employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employees currently employed by the Board, who have previously opted out of membership in the Union, shall not be compelled to join.

  • Use, Security, and Retention Local Agency shall use, hold and maintain State Confidential Information in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations in facilities located within the United States, and shall maintain a secure environment that ensures confidentiality of all State Confidential Information wherever located. Local Agency shall provide the State with access, subject to Local Agency’s reasonable security requirements, for purposes of inspecting and monitoring access and use of State Confidential Information and evaluating security control effectiveness. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Local Agency shall return State Records provided to Local Agency or destroy such State Records and certify to the State that it has done so, as directed by the State. If Local Agency is prevented by law or regulation from returning or destroying State Confidential Information, Local Agency warrants it will guarantee the confidentiality of, and cease to use, such State Confidential Information.
