Each job vacancy notice shall include: The job title, a brief description of the position and duties, the minimum qualifications required for the position, the salary range, and the deadline for filing an application to fill the vacancy. Any employee in the bargaining unit may apply for the vacancy by submitting the appropriate application materials to the employment office within the filing period. e. Each notice of vacancy shall remain posted for at least seven (7) calendar days.

Selection for Promotion. 28.1. Airservices will ensure that positions covered by this Agreement to which employees may be promoted are advertised and that selection decisions with respect to those positions are determined with regard to merit and relative efficiency. This means fair and open competition involving consideration of the best available field of candidates taking account of the advantages of developing and progressing Airservices employees. 28.2. Selection criteria and decisions will be based on the requirements of the position with no discrimination on the grounds of political affiliation; race, colour or ethnic origin; religion; sex; sexual preference; marital status; pregnancy; physical or mental disability; Union membership or activities; family responsibilities; permanent part-time status; or any other prohibited reason. 28.3. Where an employee has been selected for promotion, Airservices will use its best endeavours to give effect to the promotion having regard to operational requirements.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Promotional Probation a. An employee on promotional probation may be failed at any time without right of appeal or hearing, except as provided in C.3., below, and except that failing an employee on promotional probation must not be arbitrary, capricious or unreasonable. b. An employee who fails promotional probation shall receive a performance evaluation stating the reason for failure of promotional probation. c. When an employee fails his or her promotional probation, the employee shall have the right to return to his or her former class provided the employee was not in the previous class for the purpose of training for a promotion to a higher class. When an employee is returned to his or her former class under the provisions of this Section, the employee shall serve the remainder of any uncompleted probationary period in the former class. A regular employee who accepts promotion to a limited-term position, other than at the direction of the employee's agency/department head, shall not have the right to return to his or her former class. d. If the employee's former class has been deleted or abolished, the employee shall have the right to return to a class in his or her former occupational series closest to, but no higher than, the salary range of the class which the employee occupied immediately prior to promotion and shall serve the remainder of any probationary period not completed in the former class.

  • Commercialization Plan (a) Not later than three [***] after submission of Regulatory Filings for each Product in each country of the Territory, Licensee will provide to the JCC for review its initial Commercialization Plan for each Product for each country in the Territory. Such initial Commercialization Plan will describe Licensee’s plans for activities to be conducted for such Product for such country. Each Commercialization Plan shall include the details of obligations to be performed by Licensee to achieve the specific activities that are applicable to the stage of [***] Certain information in this document has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. Commercialization (e.g., pre-launch, launch planning, launch, or post-launch) of the applicable Product during the time period covered by such Commercialization Plan and subsequent time periods. (b) Prior to the First Commercial Sale for such Product in such country, Licensee will provide to the JCC for review an updated Commercialization Plan for such Product for such country. Such updated Commercialization Plan will include, but not be limited to, Licensee’s updated plans for activities to be conducted for such Product for such country prior to launch as well as activities to be conducted in connection with such launch. (c) Promptly after each anniversary of the First Commercial Sale of such Product during the Term, Licensee will provide to the JCC for review updated Commercialization Plans for such Product for such country. Such further updated Commercialization Plan will include, but not be limited to, Licensee’s plans for Commercialization activities for such Product and such country for the twelve (12) month period following the date of delivery of such Commercialization Plan.   • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER.   • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association. B. The committee will accept and review application for a TLS position and will make recommendations to the hiring administrator. In developing recommendations, the committee will utilize measures of teacher effectiveness and professional growth, consider the needs of the school district and review the performance and professional development of the applicants.
