SENIORITY LISTS AND EMPLOYEE LISTS. (a) For purposes of this Agreement: a “seniority list“ is a list including employee name, amount of seniority measured in accordance with this Agreement, full-time or part-time status or floater status, and where applicable, current site; and an “employee list” is a list which, in addition to the information contained on a Seniority List, includes for each employee: address, postal code, home telephone number, including area code, Social Insurance Number, and classification where such exists. It is the employee’s responsibility to inform, in writing, the Employer and the Union of address, postal code, home telephone number including area code, and Social Number. An employee list will be submitted in alphabetical order by surname. All seniority lists and Employee lists shall be updated February May August and November of each year, by the Employer and each updated list promptly shall be: sent by mail to the Union Officers or representatives as designated by the Union; Only Seniority Lists be made available to employees covered by this Agreement on the request of such employees attending at Employer offices during regular business hours; and made available to a Union representative at any time after making an appointment with the Employer. seniority and employee lists shall be submitted in electronic format (where possible) in addition to regular hard copy. In addition, the Employer shall provide the Union with monthly lists of newly hired and terminated employees. The Seniority list may be corrected at any time upon the written request of an employee, addressed to the Employer and the Union. If the Employer and Union agree to correct the seniority lists, or if through an Arbitration award the seniority lists are corrected at an employee’s request, the correction shall be effective from the date of the Agreement or the Arbitration award.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.

  • CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST On or before September 1, 2016, School Boards shall establish a seniority list for casual/temporary employees, where a list does not currently exist. This will be a separate list from permanent employees and shall have as its sole purpose to track length of service with the Board. Further, the list shall have no other force or effect on local collective agreements other than those that may already exist for casual/temporary employees in the 2008-12 local collective agreement.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire. Unless otherwise agreed, the Assuming Institution shall pay all salaries and payroll costs for all Failed Bank employees until the list is provided to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (i.e., salary, benefits, etc.) associated with all other employees not on that list from and after the date of delivery of the list to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall offer to the Failed Bank employees it retains employment benefits comparable to those the Assuming Institution, offers its current employees.

  • Scrutinized Company List Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to section 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, Contractor agrees the Department may immediately terminate this contract for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List during the term of the Contract.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT BARGAINING RELATIONS 9.1 No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Association at meetings with the Employer without the authority of the President or the General Secretary acting on behalf of the Association.

  • Layoff Lists The names of employees who have been laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff, or whose position has been reallocated down shall be placed on a Seniority Unit Layoff List for the seniority unit, classification, geographic location and employment condition from which they were laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff in order of Classification Seniority. Employees may also indicate, in writing, other geographic locations for which they are available. Employees may change their availability at any time through written notice to the Employer. Unless removed via 1-4, names shall be retained on the layoff list for a minimum of one (1) year or for a period of time equal to the employee's State Seniority, to a maximum of four (4) years. A copy of such list shall be made available to the Council upon request. Upon request, the names of employees who have been laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff, or whose position has been reallocated down shall be placed on a bargaining unit layoff list for the bargaining unit, classification, geographic location, and employment condition from which they were laid off or demoted in lieu of layoff in order of Classification Seniority. Employees may also indicate, in writing, other geographic locations for which they are available. Employees may change their availability at any time through written notice to the Employer. Unless removed via 1-4, names shall be retained on the layoff list for a minimum of one (1) year or for a period of time equal to the employee's State Seniority, to a maximum of four (4) years. A copy of such list shall be made available to the Council upon request. Employees shall be removed from all layoff lists for any of the following reasons:

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
