SERVICING AND INSPECTION. The Hirer shall at all reasonable times allow the Owner, his agents or his insurers to have access to the Plant to inspect, test, adjust, repair or replace the same. So far as reasonably practicable the Hirer shall allow such access during the Working Day.

The Authority responsible for ensuring that the servicing and inspection of its motor vehicles meets normal preventive maintenance and safety requirements commensurate with the use of motor vehicles, but in no case shall the level of maintenance be less than the requirements outlined in the appropriate manufacturer's user manual.

(c) Any inspection report required under the relevant legislation, or a copy thereof, shall be supplied by the Owner, if requested by the Hirer, and returned on completion of the Hire Period. So far as reasonably practicable the Hirer shall allow such access during the Working Day.
SERVICING AND INSPECTION. (i) The Hirer shall at all reasonable times allow Ace Rent A Car, its employees, agents and/or its insurers to have access to Vehicle to inspect, test, adjust, repair or replace the same.
(ii) Such work will be carried out at reasonable times to suit the Hirer’s business operations.
(iii) Unless otherwise agreed or specified, all servicing to the Vehicle including electrical, hoses, leaks, lubricants, filters, fire suppression/extinguishers, attachments etc., are to the Hirer’s account and as per manufacturer’s recommendations and/or good industry practice. Copies of all service reports, maintenance records and electrical/mechanical checks must be forwarded to Ace Rent A Car after each service interval.

(i) The Hirer shall be responsible for main taining at correct levels engine or cooling oil radiator coolant fuel oil and battery electrolyte where and as necessary for the safe and reliable working of the plant and shal l be responsible for any damage occasioned by his neglect to comply with this co ndition.
(ii) The Hirer shall at all reasonable times allow the owners to have access by themselves or their agents or servants to the plant to inspect test adjust repair or replace same. So far as reasonably possible such work will be carried out at times to suit the convenience of the Hirer.
SERVICING AND INSPECTION. The Customer shall at all reasonable times allow XXXX, its employees, agents and/or his insurers to have access to the Plant to inspect, test, adjust, repair or replace it. So far as reasonably possible, such work will be carried out at times to suit the convenience of the Customer.
SERVICING AND INSPECTION. The Customer shall at all reasonable times allow Xxxxx Hire, Xxxxx Hire’s Agents or insurers access to the Xxxxx Hire Plant to inspect, test, adjust, repair or replace the Xxxxx Hire Plant. Xxxxx Hire reserves the right to charge the Customer for any inspection or maintenance work carried out on the Xxxxx Hire Plant during the hire period.

The Hirer is required to grant the Owner, their agents, or insurers access to the Equipment for inspection, testing, adjustment, repair, or replacement purposes during regular working hours. Compliance with this provision ensures the ongoing maintenance and safety of the Equipment throughout the hire period.

The to charge the Hirer for any inspection or maintenance work carried out on the Plant The Hirer is deemed to have knowledge of the site, the site’s access road, the property or land where the Plant is to be delivered or collected, loaded or unloaded, to work on, travel over, be transported over, be erected or dismantled on is suitable for the use of such Plant, and any electronic interference which may affect the Plant.
(a) Subject to 7(a), if, in the opinion of the Hirer, the ground (including any private access road or track) is soft or unsuitable for the Plant, then the Hirer shall supply and lay suitable support in a suitable position for the Plant.
(b) Any suitable support supplied by the Owner is provided solely to assist the Hirer under their duties within clause 7(b) and expressly not to relieve the Hirer of their legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations to ensure adequate stability of the Plant.
(c) The Hirer is responsible for the protection of, and liable for any damage to, any underground, surface or above ground services and utilities including, but not limited to cables, ducts, water pipes and gas lines, and any pavements, bridges, tunnels, and roadways on or adjacent to the site and the Hirer shall liaise as necessary and comply with all requirements of the relevant statutory authority or similar body.
