Use of Motor VehiclesEmployees required to use their motor vehicles in the performance of their assignments exclusive of commuting to and from work shall, upon approval of expense vouchers, be reimbursed at the rate per mile in force in accordance with the most recent vote of the Weston Board of Selectmen.
Use of Motor Vehicles. The Township may provide Frekot with use of a motor vehicle in connection with her conduct of Township business and the performance of her duties during normal business hours, which vehicle shall not be taken home. If Township vehicle is unavailable, she will seek authorization to use another vehicle or her personal vehicle from the Township Administrator or designee. In such cases, the Township shall pay all expenses for such motor vehicle including, but not limited to, fuel, maintenance, repairs and insurance. In the event that Xxxxxx uses her own motor vehicle in connection with the conduct of the Township’s business and the performance of her duties, such use shall be subject to the provisions regarding, and the guidelines for, private motor vehicle use that are set forth in the Employee Manual. If Xxxxxx incurs out-of-pocket travel expenses in connection with her conduct of Township business and the performance of her duties, such out-of-pocket travel expenses shall be reimbursed by the Township in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Employee Manual.

Use of Motor Vehicles. A12.1 where any member of Staff uses any vehicle to transport any Young People pursuant to the provision of the Services, the Provider shall comply with, or in circumstances where transport is provided for Young People via another agency, the Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure compliance with, the following provisions: (1) the driver of the vehicle in question must have a valid driving licence and current vehicle insurance appropriate to the type of service being provided; (2) the number of passengers in the vehicle in question must not exceed the insured or licensed maximum number of passengers; (3) the vehicle in question must have a current M.O.T. Certificate (if this is required by law); (4) the vehicle in question (and any additional equipment on the vehicle) must be maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions with full records being kept to verify this; (5) the vehicle must be suitable for each of the Young People who are transported; (6) the vehicle in question is fitted with seatbelts and/or personal restraints which conform to the relevant British Standard/EU Standard and are used by the driver and the passengers throughout each journey; (7) the vehicle in question must be equipped with a first aid kit that conforms to current legislation and a fire extinguisher maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions; (8) drivers must drive carefully in accordance with all road traffic legislation and with reasonable consideration to the needs of the Young Person whom they are transporting, including the making of allowances for breaks in each journey where reasonably necessary; (9) there must be a properly trained escort for any Young Person who is likely to require assistance during a journey; (10) the driver and/or escort have a current enhanced DBS clearance. (11) the Provider shall not, and shall ensure, that its Staff do not, make any additional charges either to the Council or to the Young People for transporting Young People
Use of Motor VehiclesEmployees required to use their motor vehicles in the performance of their assigned duties (exclusive of commuting to and from work) shall receive mileage reimbursement at the prevailing Town rate as adopted by the Weston Board of Selectmen, upon approval of expense vouchers submitted to the Administrator and to the Business office. The current rate of reimbursement as of June 30, 2013 is $0.55 per mile.
Use of Motor Vehicles. 23.1 EISCAT vehicles may be acquired and be used for EISCAT purposes only. Records shall be kept of all journeys. 23.2 Private motor vehicles may be used for EISCAT purposes only if an EISCAT vehicle is not available and if the use of private motor vehicles is economical. Expenses shall be reimbursed according to the regulations for the reimbursement of travel expenses (Article 22.3 above).
Use of Motor VehiclesThe Secretary hereby authorizes the Duckwater Shoshone Tribe to obtain Interagency Motor Pool vehicles and related services for performance of any activities under this Compact.

If the mileage rate for Town Employees is increased by the Board of Selectmen the rate for Employees covered by this agreement will be increased to that set by the Board of Selectmen, effective the date of School Committee vote to concur.
