Common use of Shiftwork Clause in Contracts

Shiftwork. All shifts starting or finishing more than 2 hours outside of the ordinary hours of work will be classified as Shiftwork and be paid at double time for the entire shift. Appendix 2 of this agreement contains a visual representation to clarify hours of work obligations.
