Short Term Federation Leaves. 28.1.1 By September 30 of each year, the Bargaining Unit shall provide the Board with a List of those Members eligible to use Federation Business Leave for the School Year. The Bargaining Unit may amend the List as required throughout the year.
Short Term Federation Leaves a) Short term Leaves for Members under 25.1.2 and 25.1.3 will be limited to a maximum of ten (10) days per Member per school year. The Board reserves the right to limit the number of leaves at any one time or at any one individual school, and shall exercise this right in a fair and reasonable manner.
