Sick Leave Incentive Bonus. If an employee has been employed throughout the first half of a sick leave year (July 1 through December 31) or the second half of a sick leave year (January 1 through June 30) and during such half of the sick leave year has used no sick leave or has used sick leave only when absent on account of an industrial accident or industrial illness, he/she shall receive a sick leave incentive bonus in the form of one (1) day off with one (1) day’s pay or one (1) additional day’s pay at straight-time at the option of the employee. Each such day’s pay will be computed in the same manner as a day of paid sick leave for such employee in accordance with Section 11.2. The use by ail employee of sick leave as paid personal days as and to the extent permitted in accordance with Article 32 shall not be counted as a use of sick leave for the purpose of this Section 11.

All payments under this section shall be made by the Director of Finance by the second pay period in January of the following year.
Sick Leave Incentive Bonus. During the twelve (12) month period ending December 31, employees will receive a sick leave incentive bonus payable in cash by the second pay period in January of the following year. Any employee hired during the months of January, February, March or April who uses no sick leave for the remainder of the calendar year shall be entitled to the maximum bonus as listed below. Any employee hired during the months of May, June, July or August who uses no sick leave during the remainder of the year will be entitled to a maximum of 40 hours pay. Any employee hired during the months of September, October, November or December who uses no sick leave during the remainder of the year will be entitled to a maximum of 20 hours pay. When the employee’s sick time used accumulates to greater than zero (0) hours, up to and including 48 hours, the bonus will decrease by one step. The same applies for sick leave usage greater than 48 hours, up to and including 72 hours.

To provide an incentive for employees to not use their sick leave from the current school year a bonus will be paid as follows: Days Left at the end of the year Incentive Payment 12 Days Left $800.00 10-11 Days Left $650.00 8-9 Days Left $400.00 2. This incentive bonus would be paid in the July pay period according to the schedule above. Only 12 days (the yearly amount given to each employee for sick leave purposes) shall be used to calculate the end of year incentive bonus payment. As per state law any unused days of sick leave can be accumulated in accordance with legal limits and the current CBA. Sick leave buyout provisions and/or sick leave sharing provisions (if exercised) will not be subtracted as days taken for sick leave purposes.

  • Sick Leave Bonus ‌ For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Incentive Bonus During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to receive an incentive bonus up to the amount, based upon the criteria, and payable in such amount, at such times as are specified in Exhibit A attached hereto. The manner of payment, and form of consideration, if any, shall be determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board, in its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be binding and final.   • Annual Bonus Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus each Contract Year (“Annual Bonus”) as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors shall determine. Executive’s Annual Bonus shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s executive compensation policies as in effect from time to time during the Term and shall be based, in part, on his achieving his individual performance goals for the year and, in part, on the Company’s achieving its performance goals for the year.
