Sign Installation. The Applicant and Owner may be asked to install a “Development Application Pending” sign on their property if required for the Application. The Applicant and Owner shall pay the sign fee as designated in City Code and the additional security deposit for the sign installation. The Owner and Developer will install the sign on their property at a location approved by the City. Once the Application has been processed, the Applicant and Owner must promptly return the sign to the City. If the sign is not returned within ten (10) days after the application has been processed, the Owner hereby grants the City a license to enter upon the property to retrieve the sign. If the sign has been damaged or is missing, the Applicant and Owner hereby acknowledge that the deposit will be forfeited.

Sign Installation. Only Municipal Traffic Engineering personnel in accordance with Municipal Title 9, Sections 9.060.090 and 9.14.010 will remove or install traffic signs within municipal right-of-ways.
Sign Installation. (Before including this paragraph, consider the local codes regarding signage and cost of licensing if necessary.) Tenant shall be entitled to place a sign for the Tenant’s program (lovation) provided that (l) Tenant shall pay for all required licenses, full cost of installation and full cost of removal of the sign; (ll) the design of the sign shall be approved by the Landlord before installation; and (lll) the specific location of the sign shall be approved by Landlord before installation. In the event that Landlord requires the removal of Tenant’s sign for any reason, Tenant shall remove the sign within fifteen (15) days of written notice to Tenant.
Sign Installation. 6.1 Construction by CCO of the Sign, including final design and height, plans and specifications, shall substantially conform to the Sign Conceptual Drawing in Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein. 6.2 After receiving a building permit and before beginning construction of the Sign, CCO shall attend an on-site meeting between CCO representatives, the sign installer, City representatives and representatives of Silicon Valley Clean Water to agree to the process and work schedule of the installation (the “Work Schedule”). The Work Schedule shall include requirements for: heavy equipment access to the Premises; protection of existing underground utilities; the size and location of construction staging area; traffic management during construction impacting the ROW, management of mud and spoils; restoration of the Premises; and any temporary fencing of the construction area. CCO shall not start construction of the Sign until the City has signed off on the Work Schedule.
Sign Installation. Signs are placed along mitigation site borders to make people aware of the sensitivity of the native habitat being established. When signs are broken, faded or degraded replacement and installation is necessary. County and District will provide signs to be installed by the Contractor; all other materials are to be provided by the Contractor. Existing t-posts can be reused if they are intact and functional. If t-posts are broken or degraded the Contractor must replace them along with the sign. Full compensation for the requirements of SIGN INSTALLATION including labor, tools, equipment, materials, disposal and all incidentals necessary to complete the work shall be made on the Contract unit price per EACH and no additional compensation will be allowed therefor.
Sign Installation. The Contractor shall have the right to install and maintain appropriate graphics and identifying signs on the Premises, provided that the type, size, design, content, color, location, installation, and operation of such exterior graphics and signs shall be consistent with the graphic and sign standards of the Airports Authority’s Design Manual (“Design Manual”) and that the Contractor obtains the prior written approval of the Airports Authority before installation. Sign Installation. Lessee may, at Xxxxxx’s sole expense, erect such exterior signs concerning the Lessee’s business, as may conform and comply withal requirements of appropriate governmental authorities including, but not limited to, existing sign ordinances of Sumter County, Florida and the City of Bushnell. The Lessee agrees to obtain all necessary permits or licenses with respect to said signs, and maintain said signs in a good state of repair, to save the Lessor harmless from any loss, cost or damage as a result of the erection, maintenance, existence or removal of said signs and to repair any damage which may have been caused by the erection, existence, maintenance or removal of said signs, and providing further that the plan and location for said signs be submitted to and approve by the Lessor in writing prior to the erection or alteration thereof. At the end of the Term, the Lessee agrees to remove, at the Xxxxxx’s sole expense, any exterior signs erected during the Term and to repair any damage caused thereby.
