SITE PERSONNEL. The party shall identify a Site Supervisor and he/ she shall be personally present to supervise the work under the contract. The Site Supervisor shall have full technical capability and complete administrative and financial powers to expeditiously and efficiently execute the work under the contract. Any written orders or instructions which the Department may give to the party’s Site Supervisor shall be deemed to have been given to the party.

SITE PERSONNEL. With the exception of the provision of maintenance services to the Site Offices the Consulting Engineer shall not include in the Tender Documents any requirement for the Contractor to provide drivers, clerical staff, laboratory staff, field staff, cleaners, cooks, servants etc. All persons so working for the Consulting Engineer shall be under his direct employment.
SITE PERSONNEL. The Contractor shall ensure that all his personnel, excluding those who are permanently office bound, are equipped with reflective safety jackets and that these are worn at all times when working on or near to the travelled way. Any person found not wearing a reflective jacket under these circumstances shall be removed from the site until such time as he is in possession of and wearing a reflective jacket. Furthermore the above penalties will also be applied. Reflective safety jackets shall be kept in good condition and any jackets that are, in the opinion of the Employers Agent, ineffective shall be immediately replaced by the Contractor.
SITE PERSONNEL. Facility Operator shall provide and make available as necessary, in accordance with the requirements of the Annual Operating Plan and Annual Budget, "Site Personnel and "Home Office Personnel" as are required to perform the Services. Such personnel shall be qualified and experienced in the duties to which they are assigned, shall meet the requirements for Power Facility personnel in accordance with "Prudent Operating and Maintenance Practices" shall meet applicable requirements of the State of Arizona for power plant operating personnel, and shall possess all necessary licenses and certifications. The working hours, rates of compensation and all other matters relating to the employment of Site Personnel and Home Office Personnel shall be determined solely by Facility Operator (subject to Facility Owner's approval rights with respect to the Annual Budget). There shall be two classes of Site Personnel working at the Power Facility: "Shared Personnel" and "Specific Site Personnel". Facility Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize Specific Site Personnel and Facility Owner agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to automate Power Facility processes to reduce the necessity for Specific Site Personnel. The parties currently anticipate that their joint efforts will keep Specific Site Personnel at or under five persons.
SITE PERSONNEL. (a) CSI shall provide on-site personnel at specifically designated INTERNETWORKING location(s) to support INTERNETWORKING's requirements as mutually agreed by the parties. All such on-site personnel will work under the direction and control of CSI.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence.   • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Access to Personnel and Records Each Party shall authorize its respective auditors to make reasonably available to each other Party’s auditors (each such other Party’s auditors, collectively, the “Other Parties’ Auditors”) both the personnel who performed or are performing the annual audits of such audited Party (each such Party with respect to its own audit, the “Audited Party”) and work papers related to the annual audits of such Audited Party, in all cases within a reasonable time prior to such Audited Party’s auditors’ opinion date, so that the Other Parties’ Auditors are able to perform the procedures they reasonably consider necessary to take responsibility for the work of the Audited Party’s auditors as it relates to their auditors’ report on such other Party’s financial statements, all within sufficient time to enable such other Party to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of its annual financial statements. Each Party shall make reasonably available to the Other Parties’ Auditors and management its personnel and Records in a reasonable time prior to the Other Parties’ Auditors’ opinion date and other Parties’ management’s assessment date so that the Other Parties’ Auditors and other Parties’ management are able to perform the procedures they reasonably consider necessary to conduct the Internal Control Audit and Management Assessments.
