Skills Structure Review. The Gladstone Skills Structure will require periodic review. The Gladstone Skills Structure Review Committees (Production (including Plant Services & Despatch) & Maintenance) will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Skills Structures and for providing a mechanism for the introduction of new skills. The Gladstone Skill Structure Review Committees will also be accountable for ensuring the skills structure provides employees with a clear career path and meets both the business need and legislative requirements. The Gladstone Skills Structure Review Committee will form a charter statement which works on the basis of: • a spirit of resolution • open communication • and respect for all parties The Charter statement will outline the purpose, accountabilities & responsibilities, and the processes of the committee. The parties agree that the Production Skills Structure Review will be completed by 1 April 2009 and that the Maintenance Skills Structure review will be completed by 30 November 2009.
