Overnight. 1. Based upon the distance and travel time involved, the Company will determine the necessity of employees to stay overnight at their assigned locations. Should overnight accommodations be made available to employees and they choose to return to their residences, all such travel time and expense is uncompensated. Personal non-Company provided transportation must be used for this travel. Employees will be eligible for payment of the expense allowance.

Overnight stays The number of overnight stays in connection with a series of performances in the Netherlands will not exceed a maximum of 40 per successive period of 52 weeks. Overnight. 2.1 Whenever a musician, while engaged by the Theatre Company/Producer, is required (by the Theatre Company/Producer) for any reason to be away from the point of origin for ten (10) or more consecutive hours, the musician shall be considered to be on tour.

ARTICLE PROMOTION AND PROGRESSION Probation Effective July a newly hired police recruit to the Department shall be accepted as a Probationary Constable and shall be placed in a probationary capacity until successful completion of eighteen (18) month's service following the date of employment. During the eighteen (18) month period the required basic training shall be successfully completed. Any period of service as a shall not be considered service for the purposes of the probationary period as set out in this paragraph (a). The probationary period shall be for the purpose of determining a member's suitability for continued employment.
