SMS Services. 4.1 Conditions of Use (a) You must not use SMS Services: (i) in contravention of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth); (ii) to transmit any defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or harassing material; (iii) in any manner which constitutes a violation or an infringement of a contractual obligation, or any intellectual property rights owned or licensed by a third party; (iv) in connection with the commission of an illegal offence; (v) to impair or cause network interference to the normal operation of the SMS Services platform or the telecommunications network or equipment of any third party. (b) You can use SMS Services for: (i) telemetry, messaging and control functions; (ii) the provision of permission-based information, personal communications, social media or entertainment; (iii) person to person communication; (iv) the promotion of products and services.
SMS Services. SMS is engaged in the provision of certain computer services (the “SMS Services”) related to certain of Customer’s equipment as detailed on the appropriate equipment schedule (the “Equipment” and the “Equipment Schedule”) and Customer desires to purchase, and SMS desires to provide, the SMS Services, all as detailed herein and in the agreement related hereto.
SMS Services. Product-specific terms only apply if the Customer orders the relevant products. If the Customer orders any of these products, the applicable product-specific terms form part of the Agreement and take precedence over Part 1: General Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
SMS Services. 5.1 SMS Services is a solution that enable Clients to deliver a mobile terminated SMS to multiple mobile networks worldwide. 5.2 The Service includes: - 5.2.1 Connectivity between the Client’s information systems and the Software Platform; 5.2.2 Configuration of the Software Platform to receive SMS traffic generated by the Client and the handling and routing of such SMS traffic to available Network Operators; 5.2.3 Billing of such SMS traffic processed by Vocall; and
SMS Services. 16.1. The Company SMS-services is a service provided by The Company to Customer. This enables Cardholder to link his mobile phone (using the number which appeared in the Ap- plication) with The Company's systems, to: • Transmit to The Company SMS message commands in relation to activating Card, obtaining Card PIN, changing Card PIN, blocking Card, obtaining available balance and/or other functionality as may be provided by The Company; • Receive SMS notification messages for and in connec- tion with Transactions (purchases, cash withdrawals, payments etc.), available balance and any other SMS no- tification messages that may be provided by The Com- pany; • Receive via SMS message Security Code (OTP) in con- nection with performance and authentication of Card Transactions • Have access to and utilise any information and function- ality that may be provided by The Company via SMS-ser- vices. 16.2. Customer and Cardholder authorise The Company to pro- vide SMS-services and transmit SMS notification messages to Cardholder's mobile phone number specified in the Appli- cation and during the term of validity of this Agreement. 16.3. The Company sends SMS notification messages to Card- holder's mobile phone number, notifying Cardholder on Card Transactions, Transaction details, balances and other infor- mation. This information is provided for security and/or pre- vention of fraud. Upon the moment of sending an SMS noti- fication message, it is assumed that the Cardholder and the Customer are informed of the Card Transaction and/or rele- vant information transmitted. 16.4. Customer and/or Cardholder are obliged to inform The Com- pany in advance as soon as possible in case of change of the Cardholder's mobile phone number (and other relevant con- tact details such as email address), as well as in case of any suspected or actual compromise-related event (including loss, theft, potential or suspected breach, access by third parties) in relation Cardholder's mobile phone number or de- vice including the procedure in Section 12Loss or theft of Card” of these Card TsC. 16.5. If, from the moment of Card activation, during use of the Card, or where Customer/Cardholder notified The Company to update Cardholder's mobile phone number, Cardholder does not receive SMS notification/response, or does not re- ceive other SMS response/confirmations/alerts, Cus- tomer/Cardholder are responsible to notify The Company or the Partner immediately via User Interface or Partner User I...
SMS Services. 4.1 When we issue you a number to use with your service, you become the rights of use holder of that number. A rights of use holder may port the number to another service provider if the service number has been declared as portable by the applicable regulator.

SMS Services. 16.1. Unlimint SMS-services is a service provided by Unlimint to Customer, which enables Cardholder in possession of his mobile phone number, specified in the Application, which mobile phone number is linked to the Card in Unlimint's sys- tems, to: • Transmit to Unlimint SMS message commands in relation to activating Card, obtaining Card PIN, changing Card PIN, blocking Card, obtaining available balance and/or other functionality as may be provided by Unlimint; • Receive SMS notification messages for and in connec- tion with Transactions (purchases, cash withdrawals, payments etc.), available balance and any other SMS no- tification messages that may be provided by Unlimint; • Receive via SMS message Security Code (OTP) in con- nection with performance and authentication of Card Transactions • Have access to and utilise any information and function- ality that may be provided by Unlimint via SMS-services. 16.9. Customer acknowledges and accepts that: • Unlimint is not and shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, partial deletion or failure to transmit any messages. • Unlimint makes no warranty that SMS-services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free or that SMS- services will be available at any particular time or loca- tion. • Unlimint does not bear responsibility in case SMS-ser- vices are not available or SMS message was not sent or received for whatever reason, including due to a fault or limitation of SMS service provider, telecommunications service provider or any third person. • Unlimint shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by the Customer/Card- holder as a result of the content transmitted via SMS ser- vices. • Unlimint shall enable SMS-services and transmit SMS notifications to the Cardholder's mobile phone number indicated by the Customer in Application and during the validity of this Agreement, and in the event that Cus- tomer indicates a mobile phone number that is incorrect, incomplete or other than the Cardholder's, or fails or de- lays to notify Unlimint of Cardholder's mobile phone number change or compromise-related suspicion or oc- xxxxxxxx, Unlimint shall not be liable in any way for any loss, damage or inconvenience, or disclosure of infor- mation suffered by Customer/Cardholder or any other party. In the event any person raises any claim against Unlimint in this respect, Customer shall indemnify Unlim- int in full.

Cardpay SMS-services is a service provided by Cardpay to Customer, which enables Cardholder in possession of his mobile phone number, specified in the Application, which mobile phone number is linked to the Card in Cardpay's systems, to: - Transmit to Cardpay SMS message commands in relation to activating Card, obtaining Card PIN, changing Card PIN, blocking Card, obtaining available balance and other functionality as may be provided by Cardpay; - Receive SMS notification messages for and in connection with Transactions (purchases, cash withdrawals, payments etc.), available balance and any other SMS notification messages that may be provided by Cardpay; - Receive via SMS message Security Code (OTP) in connection with performance and authentication of Card Transactions - Have access to and utilise any information and functionality that may be provided by Cardpay via SMS-services. 17.1.1. Customer and Cardholder authorise Cardpay to provide SMS-services and transmit SMS notification messages to Cardholder's mobile phone number specified in the Application and during the term of validity of this Agreement. 17.1.2. Cardpay sends SMS notification messages to Cardholder's mobile phone number, notifying him on Card Transactions, Transaction details, balances and other information. This information is provided for security and/or prevention of fraud. Upon the moment of sending an SMS notification message, it is assumed that the Cardholder and the Customer are informed of the Card Transaction and/or relevant information transmitted. 17.1.3. Customer and/or Cardholder are obliged to inform Cardpay in advance if possible and/or immediately in case of change of the Cardholder's mobile phone number (and other relevant contact details such as email address), as well as in case of any suspected or actual compromise-related event (including loss, theft, potential or suspected breach, access by third parties) in relation Cardholder's mobile phone number or device including the procedure in section 13Loss or theft of Card” of these Card T&C. 17.1.4. If, from the moment of Card activation, during use of the Card, or where Customer/Cardholder notified Cardpay to update Cardholder's mobile phone number, Cardholder does not receive SMS notification/response, or does not receive other SMS response/confirmations/alerts, Customer/Cardholder are responsible to notify Cardpay immediately via iBank.
