Special Materials. Any Cement Masons working on mastics, composition, plastic, acidproof, colored hardening or nonskid material that is applied prior to final finishing shall receive fifty ($0.50) cents per hour above Journeyman scale.

If, in connection with Tenant’s Permitted Use of the Premises, Tenant desires to bring into or store in the Premises any chemical, biological and radiological material not listed in Exhibit J (or quantities of materials listed in such Exhibit greater than shown in such Exhibit) that would constitute Hazardous Materials under this Section 5.03, Tenant must first provide prior written notice thereof to Landlord. Tenant’s use of such materials is conditioned upon (i) Tenant’s development and implementation of a safety protocol program acceptable to Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion, governing Tenant’s use and storage of such materials in the Premises; (ii) a continuing right of inspection in favor of Landlord for the purpose of monitoring and verifying Tenant’s compliance with all necessary safety protocol programs, and (iii) Tenant’s compliance with the terms of this Lease and all applicable laws, including without limitation, Homeland Security laws, and (iv) providing evidence of same to Landlord with the notice described above, together with such other supporting documentation as Landlord may reasonably request.
Special Materials. A. Highly flammable or explosive materials, toxic industrial waste and Hazardous Wastes as defined by Federal and State law, shall be collected and disposed of as directed by the Pinellas County Health Department. The Contractor shall not be obligated to collect such materials.
Special Materials. If materials of a particular brand are specified in the Bills of Quantities these shall be procured accordingly from approved manufactures. These shall include materials like bitumen, bituminous compounds, waterproofing compounds, hardening compounds, special paints, acoustic and insulation boards and other finishing materials. The responsibility for the use of these materials lies with the Contractor and he should avail himself of the necessary guarantees as may be required by the Architect and give the same to the Architect.
Special Materials. Should any material (such as wall covering, carpet, special equipment, special fixtures, or the like) that Tenant specifies have an unusually long delivery date or cannot be located within a reasonable time in order for Landlord to complete the Premises, or Landlord finds that any of the specified materials would delay completion of the Premises, Landlord will provide Tenant with written notification of that fact. Tenant shall have seven (7) calendar days to change the specifications to materials which are readily available. If Tenant fails to change the specifications in writing to Landlord within seven (7) calendar days, then the Premises will be deemed to be substantially complete without those items and other items delayed as a result of them not having been installed.
