Speeding. Any employee driving any garbage collection vehicle registered to East Waste who is positively identified as the driver of a vehicle which has been found to have exceeded the speed limit shall be subject to the following penalties: 35.1 Save for as provided by Xxxxxx 36.4 and 36.5, where the employee exceeds the speed limit by more than 10 kph, as detected by the SA Police, the employee shall be instantly dismissed. 35.2 Where the employee exceeds the speed limit by between 6 and 10 kph (inclusive), as detected by the SA Police, the employee shall receive a warning to the effect that East Waste will instantly dismiss the employee if that employee is found, within the next 12 month period, to have again exceeded the speed limit by any amount. 35.3 Where the employee exceeds the speed limit by between 1 and 5 kph (inclusive), as detected by the SA Police, the employee shall receive two warnings to the effect that East Waste will instantly dismiss the employee if that employee is found, within the next 12 month period, to have again exceeded the speed limit. 35.4 Where a temporary speed limit upon a road applies, and the employee exceeds the temporary speed limit by more than 15 kph, as detected by the SA Police, the employee shall be instantly dismissed. 35.5 Where a temporary speed limit upon a road applies, and the employee exceeds the temporary speed limit by between 1 and 15 kph (inclusive), as detected by the SA Police, the employee shall receive a warning to the effect that East Waste will instantly dismiss the employee if that employee is found, within the next 12 months, to have again exceeded a speed limit (whether temporary or otherwise) by any amount.

Speeding. Any vehicle moving in excess of twenty-­‐five (25) miles per hour on the streets within Harborview at Cheswicke shall be considered as speeding and the owner and/or operator of said vehicle will be subject to any fine levied by the Homeowner's Association.
Speeding. Drivers at a safe speed is not only the safe thing to do but also required by law. Speeding is defined as exceeding the posted speed limit by 10 MPH. A speed exception or excessive speed is defined as operating a Company vehicle in excess of 80 MPH. Drivers who are speeding, meaning driving 10 MPH over the speed limit, will be coached in accordance with risky driver points accumulation as found in the Company’s DriveCam Policy. Drivers who are observed exceeding the speed limit or driving too fast for conditions but not identified as speeding per definition or excessive speed per definition will be coached. However, if the driver demonstrates that he or she is not responding to coaching, then corrective action will be implemented.

Speeding. The Speeding Thresholds option enables the Administrator to designate a speed and duration of time for each vehicle in the fleet. When a vehicle exceeds the designated speed for the set duration of time, this event will be reported. Certain parameters must be defined by the user. E.g. Speeding thresholds: Record a speeding event when the vehicle exceeds 80 km/h for more than 2 minutes.
