Store Meetings. No store meetings shall be held as to conflict with the regular meetings of the Union, and upon three (3) days' notice to the Employer of a special meeting, the Employer agrees to hold no store meetings in conflict therewith.

Employees shall not be required to attend store meetings on their scheduled days off. Actual time spent at store meetings shall be considered as time worked and paid for in accordance with this Agreement, but shall not constitute hours worked with respect to overtime or any other premium pay and report-in pay provisions of Article 7.3.2, .3, .4 and .5 and Article 6.3.1, .2 and .3 shall not be applicable. Should the Company have more than one (1) store meeting per quarter all time spent at store meetings in excess of the one (1) per quarter shall be considered as time worked and paid for in accordance with this Agreement, including all premiums, overtime and report-in pay.
Store Meetings. Required store meetings shall be paid for at the straight-time rate and shall be considered time worked for the purpose of computing overtime for all hours in excess of forty (40) during any workweek. Sections 8.3, 8.5 and 8.10.4 shall not apply to this Section.
