STRIKE BY OTHER BOARD EMPLOYEES. No Teacher shall be requested or required to perform the duties of any other Teacher or employee of the Board who is engaged in a strike.
STRIKE BY OTHER BOARD EMPLOYEES. Where a Teacher feels that his/her safety is jeopardized by crossing a picket line, the Teacher shall contact the Director of Education or designate, who in turn will provide for the safety of the Teacher in reporting for work.

STRIKE BY OTHER BOARD EMPLOYEES. 26.01 In the event of a strike by other employees of the Board, the parties agree that:
i) Members of OCEOTA are bound to honour the terms and conditions of employment subject to the Education Act, Labour Relations Act and Regulations:
ii) The board shall notify the President of OCEOTA when a situation is evident to discuss issues related to members of OCEOTA;
iii) OCEOTA members shall be represented on a consultative committee established under the Collective Agreement between the Board and the Ottawa Carleton Elementary Teachers' Federation, Article 37.01(c). In the event the above-noted committee is not convened, the President of OCEOTA and the Superintendent of Human Resources shall meet to address issues of health, safety and duties of OCEOTA members during a strike.
STRIKE BY OTHER BOARD EMPLOYEES. 37.01 In the event of a strike by other employees of the Board, the parties agree that:

21.00.01 Members of the Bargaining Unit employed by the Board are bound to honour the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement subject to the Education Act and Regulations; in the event of a strike by other Board employees, the Board shall notify the O.S.S.T.F. District 20 TBU President and the Chair of the TBU Council of O.S.S.T.F. District 20 immediately the situation is evident;
STRIKE BY OTHER BOARD EMPLOYEES. 38.01 In the event of a strike by other employees of the Board, the parties agree that:
(a) Members of OCETF employed by the Board are bound to honour the terms of employment subject to the Education Act, the Labour Relations Act and Regulations;
(b) The Board shall notify the President of OCETF immediately when the situation is evident;
(c) A consultative committee comprised of the President of OCETF, the Chairperson of the Collective Bargaining Committee, and two representatives of the Director’s Council of Superintendents shall meet to discuss the ramifications of the strike as they pertain to members of OCETF. Specifically, the committee will monitor and address the issues of health, safety and duties of OCETF members during the strike. Committee recommendations shall be forwarded to the Director's Council of Superintendents. In addition the committee will investigate other strike related issues which may affect members of OCETF.
38.02 In the event of a strike by other employees of the Board, the parties agree that Teachers shall continue to perform their normal and regular work including those duties set out in the Education Act and any Regulations made there under.
