STUDENT RIGHT TO KNOW Sample Clauses
The "Student Right to Know" clause requires educational institutions to provide students and prospective students with important information about the institution's operations, such as graduation rates, campus safety statistics, and financial aid availability. In practice, this means schools must regularly disclose data on student outcomes and campus policies, often through official reports or online resources accessible to the public. The core function of this clause is to promote transparency, enabling students and their families to make informed decisions about their education and to hold institutions accountable for their performance and safety standards.
