Subcommittee. The Long-Term Leave Subcommittee shall consist of five (5) members. The members shall be appointed annually by the Association. In addition, a vice president for Instruction or designee shall serve as an ex-officio member without voting rights. The committee shall develop specific application procedures and criteria for approval. The acceptability of proposals for professional development leave will be determined by the Long- Term Leave Subcommittee.

Subcommittee. The Steering Committee shall establish an IP Subcommittee (the "IP Subcommittee") which shall have four members (or such other even number as the Parties may mutually agree from time to time), with each Party selecting fifty percent of the members. Members of the IP Subcommittee shall be patent attorneys or others experienced in intellectual property law. The IP Subcommittee shall be responsible for overseeing activities described in Article 10.

Subcommittee. A subdivision of the existing CASE Steering Committee established to work collaboratively and generate centralized ideas and suggestions for the CASE Steering Committee. Subcommittees cover areas including, but not limited to: training and education, intervention and law enforcement.
