Subcommittee. The Long-Term Leave Subcommittee shall consist of five (5) members. The members shall be appointed annually by the Association. In addition, a vice president for Instruction or designee shall serve as an ex-officio member without voting rights. The committee shall develop specific application procedures and criteria for approval. The acceptability of proposals for professional development leave will be determined by the Long- Term Leave Subcommittee.
Subcommittee. The Steering Committee shall establish an IP Subcommittee (the "IP Subcommittee") which shall have four members (or such other even number as the Parties may mutually agree from time to time), with each Party selecting fifty percent of the members. Members of the IP Subcommittee shall be patent attorneys or others experienced in intellectual property law. The IP Subcommittee shall be responsible for overseeing activities described in Article 10.
Subcommittee. The parties agree to the establishment of a subcommittee, equally seated and comprised of three (3) representatives appointed by the District and three (3) representatives appointed by the unions’ party to this Agreement through the auspices of the HBC.

Such report (s) and documentation shall be furnished without Contractor confidential or proprietary information restrictions, and shall be subject to Clauses 53 and 54 entitled " Private Use of Information and Data" and " Drawings, Designs, Specifications" of the General Provisions, Appendix C. The Commission and the Institute shall raceive equal identification on all published reports and similar type documents, and in oral presentations, together with such notices and prepublication copies as agreed to by the psties. The design, numbering system, etc., of the reports generated under this contract shall be in accordance with Xxxxxxxx 0, XXX Manual Chapter 3202. Subcommittee. A subdivision of the existing CASE Steering Committee established to work collaboratively and generate centralized ideas and suggestions for the CASE Steering Committee. Subcommittees cover areas including, but not limited to: training and education, intervention and law enforcement.
Subcommittee. The sub-committees shall make recommendations to the Labor Management Committee on their particular areas of inquiry. Employees shall be paid for two hours at their existing pay rate for time spent in standing subcommittee meetings, regardless of the actual time spent in such meetings. The two hours shall count as time worked.
Subcommittee. The Deferred Compensation is intended to comply with the exemption for performance based compensation under Code Section 162(m) and any provision required thereunder shall be deemed part of the Deferred Compensation provisions (including, without limitation, Exhibit B hereto) and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance therewith.
