Subcontracting Procedures. The Contractor shall be responsible for developing the specifications for any agreement with a third-party subcontractor. The Contractor shall make best efforts to obtain a minimum of three (3) bids for each subcontract with a total contract value equal to or greater than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500), or as otherwise approved in writing by the Authority. The Contractor shall document its efforts to obtain competitive bids in the solicitation process, and shall submit said documentation, including any solicitation documents and/or specification, to the Authority with the Contractor’s recommendation for award. The Contractor shall not enter any agreement or commence any services with a third-party subcontractor (in connection with this Contract) prior to receiving the Authority’s written approval. The Contractor shall adhere to Authority ethics rules with regard to contracting activity and shall not participate in the selection of or enter into an agreement with an entity in which it has a financial interest, as defined in Authority ethics policies.
Subcontracting Procedures. The electrical works shall be subcontracted to CIDB registered contractors in accordance with the subcontracting procedures set out in the General Conditions of Contract.

Representative from LED and SCM can be observers during adjudication meeting. The Contractor shall without delay award and enter into contract with the successful tendering subcontractor based on their accepted tender submission. The Contractor shall remain responsible for providing the subcontracted portion of the works as if the work had not been subcontracted.   • Testing Procedures Testing will be conducted by an outside certified Agency in such a way to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability by using the techniques, chain of custody procedures, equipment and laboratory facilities which have been approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. All employees notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.
