Submission of Proposals and Requirements. The Proponent is responsible for meeting all submission requirements as stated below. Primary Contact Identification In a cover letter, the proponent must identify the name of the proponent firm, the Primary Contact person for the RFP submission, and the Primary Contact’s information for RFP communication purposes including mailing address, email address and telephone number. The letter must also indicate the proponent firm’s commitment to its submission, including any time limit on the submission’s validity other than the sixty (60) day expectation described elsewhere in this RFP. Permit to Practice The proponent shall be an accredited Safety Codes Service Provider, able to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by provincial law in the Province of Alberta for inspection services. The proponent must confirm it is currently in good standing with the Province to meet this requirement. Technical Rating Requirements Proposals will be evaluated based on the inclusion of the following submissions:  Permit Issuance (Including details of computer tracking of inspections, permit services reports, internet distribution of reports to applicants, gps utilization etc). It is expected Plan Reviews of complete applications to be completed within 1 week from documents arriving at the selected vendors office. Progress inspections are to be completed within 2 weeks from date of request. Delays in permit issuance and progress inspections may be subject to a 25% holdback of fees at the Town’s discretion.  Electronic Delivery capabilities for issued and closed permits are required as the ability to work with the Town regarding future online permitting options.  Data Management : How does the proponent propose to manage records and what type of computer equipment and database does the proponent own or employ. Compatibility with current and future upgrade to the Diamond system currently in use at the Town of Taber for data reporting and for future online permit applications will be an important consideration in the final selection.  Compliance Monitoring  Permit Closure  Required Permits: How the proponent will ensure that all development obtains the required Safety Codes Permits.  Order Procedures: How the proponent will undertake enforcement action if necessary.  Alternative solutions/ variance- how and when a proponent evaluates a variance, format used to resolve issue, mitigation process  Availability: How the proponent ...

Developer, the NYISO, or Connecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

  • Admission Requirements USERs and Participants are subject to the administrative and technical supervision and control of CONTRACTOR; and will comply with all applicable rules of CONTRACTOR and DOE with regard to admission to and use of the User Facility, including safety, operating and health- physics procedures, environment protection, access to information, hours of work, and conduct.
