Supplier Briefings. Supplier shall meet with ABM at least semi-annually to brief ABM regarding technological developments and advances as well as new or enhanced services, software, tools, products or methodologies in application management, telecommunication, IT infrastructure, help desk, and information technology of possible interest or applicability to ABM, including opportunities to serve as a pilot customer or early adopter of technological advances. Supplier Briefings. At least semi-annually, Supplier shall meet with Allianz to formally brief Allianz regarding Technology and Business Process Evolutions of possible interest or applicability to Allianz and the Eligible Recipients. Such briefing shall include Supplier’s assessment of the business impact, performance improvements and cost savings associated with such Technology and Business Process Evolutions. Where requested by Allianz, and subject to the terms of Section 4.4, Supplier shall develop and present to Allianz proposals for: (i) implementing Technology and Business Process Evolutions or (ii) changing the direction of Allianz’s then current strategy.
Supplier Briefings. At least semi-annually, Supplier shall meet with New Century to formally brief New Century regarding such Technology and Business Process Evolutions of possible interest or applicability to New Century and the Eligible Recipients. In addition to members of Supplier’s then-current project management team, such briefings shall include subject matter experts not then assigned to the New Century engagement with specialized knowledge and consulting experience in the financial services industry and the provision of human resources, payroll, procurement, accounts payable and other in-scope business process outsourcing services. Where requested by New Century, Supplier shall develop and present to New Century proposals for: (i) implementing Technology and Business Process Evolutions or (ii) changing the direction of New Century’s then current strategy.

Related to Supplier Briefings

  • Training State Street agrees to provide training, at a designated State Street training facility or at the Designated Locations, to the Fund’s personnel in connection with the use of the System on the Designated Configuration. The Fund agrees that it will set aside, during regular business hours or at other times agreed upon by both parties, sufficient time to enable all operators of the System and the Data Access Services, designated by the Fund, to receive the training offered by State Street pursuant to this Addendum.

  • Training and Support Distributor shall train and support its personnel or subcontractors for the satisfactory completion of its obligations under this Agreement. Supplier will assist in training by furnishing Distributor with English training literature. Supplier may, at his sole discretion, provide Distributor with his own personnel for training.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Customer Relations A. Actively promote DCP Holding Company in all Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Community activity.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Customer Service As between Fig and Developer, Developer shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining customer service and technical support in the Territory to Distributors and end users with respect to the Licensed Game (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Distributors and end-users of Fig pursuant to Fig Sales (as defined below)). Such customer service and technical support shall be of a quality that is comparable to such customer service and technical support as Developer provides for its other “top-tier” titles. For the purposes of this Section, “customer service” means the resolution of issues pertaining to the Licensed Game in the following general categories: payment processing, order inquiries, replacements and refunds, and technical support.

  • Supplier shall exercise reasonable care in carrying out the provisions of this Agreement, but shall be kept indemnified by, and shall be without liability to CMA and/or any Fund for any action taken or omitted by it in good faith without negligence including, without limitation, acting in accordance with any Proper Instruction. Supplier shall be entitled to rely on and may act upon the advice of counsel (who may be counsel for CMA or any Fund) on all matters arising in connection with the Services. At any time, Supplier may apply to any officer of CMA or a Fund for instructions and may consult with outside counsel for CMA or the applicable Fund or the independent auditors for the Fund at the expense of the Fund, or other individuals designated in writing by CMA or the Fund, for advice with respect to any matter arising in connection with the Services. Supplier shall not be liable, and shall be indemnified by each Fund or CMA, as applicable, for any action taken or omitted by it in good faith in reliance upon any such instructions or advice or upon any paper or document believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed by such officers or individuals. Supplier shall not be held to have notice of any change of authority of any officer or individual until receipt of written notice thereof from the Fund or CMA. Nothing in this Section shall be construed as imposing upon Supplier any obligation to seek such instructions or advice. Without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, Supplier shall in no event be liable for any loss or damage arising from causes beyond its control including, without limitation, delay or cessation of services hereunder or any damages to CMA or a Fund resulting therefrom as a result of work stoppage, power or other mechanical failure, natural disaster, governmental action, communication disruption or other impossibility of performance.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.
