Sworn Fire Managers. Sworn Fire Managers who terminate employment before the end of the calendar year shall only be eligible to receive holiday leave hours covering those holidays chronologically occurring prior to their termination and shall also receive up to thirty two (32) hours cash‐out of unused holiday leave. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues.
