Tardy. Employees will be expected to be at work on time. Excessive and habitual tardiness will be considered cause for progressive disciplinary action.
Tardy. The Board of Education will establish reasonable hours of work. Employees failing to follow these regulations shall be subject to the following disciplinary action: 1st Warning – Xxxxxx- confirmed in writing 2nd Warning - Written Reprimand 3rd Warning - One (1) day disciplinary suspension without pay. 4th Warning - Three (3) days disciplinary suspension without pay. 5th Warning - Dismissal of employee or suspension of employee, whichever is deemed appropriate by Supervisor or Superintendent.
Tardy. An employee will be recorded initially "Tardy" if they are late reporting for a shift. Tardiness is defined as being more than 7 minutes late for a scheduled work shift.

The employee is required to leave accurate and complete information on the call off and be available to take the phone call from management. Employees who are tardy will use one (1) sick/personal day upon the third offense. Every tardy thereafter, and within the twelve (12) month period, will result in the use of one sick/personal day. In the event that management cannot arrange for transportation to the mine, the employee will not be charged a tardy but will be required to work one regular scheduled shift within his/her next scheduled rotation off. The employee must state which day in their next scheduled rotation off will be their regular work day to the management person that returns their call.

If a student is late the tardy will count against their employability grade, which is factored into their final course grade. If granted, the student has exactly 1200 hours to complete the program. The student must re-enroll at their expense for the requirements to be satisfied. • As per Florida Law, the student who has completed all competencies and testing requirements of the program with a minimum of 1000 hours can challenge the board with Administrative approval. Challenging the board is strongly discouraged as 1200 hours of hands-on practice better prepares the student for the workforce. In order to challenge the board student must have no more than 48 hours missed in the entire program. • To obtain Administrative approval to challenge the Board the following requirements must be met:
