TAXES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. Any charges made by us attributable to premium taxes imposed by a state or other government will be deducted at the Annuity Date, except in those jurisdictions that do not allow us to reduce our current taxable premium income by the amount of any withdrawal or death benefit. In those jurisdictions, we will also deduct a charge for those taxes on any withdrawal or death benefit paid under the Contract. We may also deduct a charge for assessments or federal premium taxes or federal, state, or local excise, profits, or income taxes measured by or attributable to the receipt of Premiums. We also reserve the right to deduct from the Separate Account any taxes imposed on the Separate Account.

TAXES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. Lessee shall pay all license fees, assessments, and sales, use, property and excise and other taxes or fees hereafter imposed and relating to Lessee’s use or possession of the Equipment.
TAXES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. LESSEE shall promptly pay when due all licensing, filing and registration fees and all sales, use, personal property, income or any other taxes (other than LESSOR'S income taxes) which may be levied by any taxing authority with respect to the Equipment or the Monthly Lease Payments or other payments due hereunder whether now or hereafter required (including, but not limited to, increase in the rate of such taxes and any penalties, fines, fees or interest imposed in connection therewith). LESSEE agrees to file, in behalf of LESSOR, all required tax returns and reports concerning the Equipment with all appropriate governmental agencies, and within not more than forty-five (45) days after the due date of such filing to send LESSOR confirmation, in form satisfactory to LESSOR, of such filing. LESSEE further agrees to pay LESSOR a $179.01 documentation fee to cover the expense of originating this Lease.
TAXES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. The LANDLORD accepts full and sole responsibility for the payment of all fees, taxes, levies, duties, and other charges of a public nature that are or may be assessed against the property, including all use, ownership, and property taxes. Lessor shall promptly present Lessee with copies of all tax bills received for each Lease Year for which Lessee is expressly responsible. Upon Xxxxxx’s written request, Xxxxxx shall deliver to Lessor official receipts that show payment of all charges required under this Article and contained in Lessor’s written request. These receipts must be delivered to the place where the Rent payments are to be made. Lessee shall have the right at Lessee's election to protest the levy, assessment or collection of any taxes, assessments, charges or impositions by appropriate legal action, provided that Lessee shall not thereby permit any lien (other than the lien for current taxes not yet due and payable) or judgment for any taxes, assessments, charges or impositions to be filed or enforced against the Demises Premises. On the written request of Xxxxxx, Lessor will join with Xxxxxx in any such protest on the condition that Lessee pay all of the reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred by Lessor in connection with this joinder. Lessee must give the written notice to Lessor not later than sixty (60) days before the contested taxes would otherwise become delinquent. Lessee must also furnish Lessor with a bond with surety by a surety company qualified to do business in the State of Florida or cash paid into escrow and held by Xxxxxx. TAXES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. Lessee shall pay when due or reimburse Lessor, and on a net after-tax basis, shall indemnify and defend Lessor against, all fees, assessments and sales, use, property, excise and other taxes and governmental charges, including, without limitation, interest and penalties now and hereafter imposed by any federal, foreign, state or local governmental body or agency upon any Equipment, or the use thereof; provided, however, except as provided in Section 19, Lessee shall have no liability for any taxes based on the net income of Lessor. Lessee assumes the risk of liability arising from or pertaining to the delivery, installation, leasing, possession, operation, use, storage and return of such Equipment. Lessee agrees to file all tax returns and informational statements required by any federal, state and/or local governmental agency and provide evidence of payment to Lessor. All of Lessor's rights, privileges and indemnities contained in this Section shall survive the expiration or other termination of any Lease.

LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR a fee of $50.00 to reimburse LESSOR'S expenses of preparing such financing statements and of making credit checks, and LESSOR'S other administrative costs. LESSEE and any guarantor agree to reimburse LESSOR for reasonable costs incurred in collecting taxes, assessments, or fees for which LESSEE is liable, and any collection charges attributable thereto including reasonable attorney fees. LESSEE agrees that LESSOR is entitled to all tax benefits resulting from ownership of the Equipment including any investment tax credit and depreciation. LESSEE agrees that, should any of such tax benefits be disallowed, LESSEE shall indemnify LESSOR for such loss by paying LESSOR an amount to the value of the lost benefits as stipulated and liquidated herein.
TAXES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. Pure Cycle shall ensure that all construction contractors avail themselves of Rangeview's exemption from state and local sales and use taxes whenever possible. If tax liabilities are incurred in connection with the work or the materials to be utilized in accomplishing the functions of Pure Cycle pursuant to this Agreement, Pure Cycle shall be solely responsible for and shall pay all such liabilities. Pure Cycle shall pay all fees, charges and assessments incurred in the performance of its obligations hereunder.
