Technical Supervision. The Manager shall provide services in relation to the technical management of the Vessels. In particular the Manager shall provide the following services:
(a) The Manager shall follow up with regard to the requirements of classification societies and any relevant national authorities and provide assistance to the Company in ensuring that the Vessels comply with all recognized safety standards at any time.
(b) The Manager shall maintain good relations with shipping registries where the Vessels are or are intended to be registered.
(c) The Manager shall assist the Company in ensuring that the Vessels comply with contractual, technical and other commitments.
(d) The Manager shall regularly visit the Vessels and ensure that the standard of maintenance is kept at an acceptable level, that the crewing is adequate and that the operation is professional and satisfactory in every respect.
Technical Supervision. The Contractor shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, provide Services in relation to the technical management of the Vessels. In particular the Contractor shall provide the following Services:
(a) The Contractor shall follow up with regard to the requirements of classification societies and any relevant national authorities and provide assistance to the Company in ensuring that the Vessels comply with all recognized safety standards at any time.
(b) The Contractor shall maintain good relations with Shipping Registries where the Vessels are or are intended to be registered.
(c) The Contractor shall assist the Company in ensuring that the Vessels comply with contractual, technical and other commitments.
(d) The Contractor shall regularly visit the Vessels and ensure that the standard of maintenance is kept at an acceptable level, that the crewing is adequate and that the operation is professional and satisfactory in every respect.
Technical Supervision a. Performance of the Work is subject to technical input by representatives of the Owner. Technical input includes suggestions to the Private Entity which fill in technical details, suggest possible lines of inquiry, or otherwise clarifies the Scope of Work, but do not constitute new scopes of Work.
b. The Owner reserves the right to use Project Management Support Services (PMSSC) personnel, or other qualified personnel under contract to the Owner, to provide such technical supervision.
Technical Supervision. Assistance to the Company Operating Subsidiaries with services in relation to the technical and operating management of the Company Rigs.
Technical Supervision. The person with primary responsibility for supervision of the performance of the Research at the University shall be Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. No other person shall replace or substitute for him in the supervisory responsibilities hereunder without the prior written approval of Sponsor, which may be granted or withheld at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and with the consent of the University, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Technical Supervision. 6.1 The person with primary responsibility for supervision of the performance of the RESEARCH on behalf the SPONSOR shall be Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, or such other person as may be designated by SPONSOR, who shall have primary responsibility for technical supervision of the Project.
6.2 The person with primary responsibility for supervision of the performance of the RESEARCH on behalf of UNVIERSITY shall be the PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR. No other person shall replace or substitute for him/her in the supervisory responsibilities hereunder without the prior written approval of both UNIVERSITY and SPONSOR, which may be granted or withheld at each party’s sole discretion.
Technical Supervision. During the Term, Codexis shall have the right, but not the obligation, to have at least one (1) employee of Codexis or its Affiliate present at the Manufacturing Facility in order to observe Arch’s activities under this Agreement.

Technical Supervision. Before, during and after installation, Buyer could ask for the intervention of Seller’s skilled personnel (in addition to the technicians in charge with the installation) for reasons pertaining the project (for example in order to check the foundation’s works before assembling the machines) Buyer shall pay for all the expenses and provide for all the services as above set forth for the intervention of Seller’s skilled personnel, and shall pay for each working day/skilled personnel the amount as [***].
