Common use of Temporary Assumption of Duties Clause in Contracts

Temporary Assumption of Duties. Any bargaining unit member who temporarily assumes the duties of another bargaining unit member will be paid the regular rate for those duties. A bargaining unit member’s pay rate shall not be reduced as the result of any temporary change in duties.
