Temporary Staffing Needs. The Company at its option will fill temporary needs as outlined in Section E.2 above. When filling temporary needs, the Company will inform the employees and the Local Committee of the contemplated duration and daily hours of the job(s). Temporary employees may work for up to 5 months, are not considered on active status and are subject to all provisions of this Agreement unless otherwise noted except that they will accrue no seniority and will not be subject to recall after termination of their jobs.
