Terminal Sick Leave Pay. A. Terminal pay for accumulated sick leave will be in accordance with the following schedule. If termination of employment is by death of the employee, any terminal pay to which the employee is entitled shall be made to the beneficiary as identified with the Florida retirement system or other beneficiary identified to the School Board by the Employee.
Terminal Sick Leave Pay. If an employee receives terminal pay benefits based on unused sick leave, 30 all unused sick leave credit shall be canceled.

  • Annual Sick Leave All full-time employees (i.e. hours per week) shall be entitled to twenty (20) days of sick leave per year. An employee joining the Board staff during the year shall be given current sick leave credits on the basis of days for each months' employment.
