Terminal Sick Leave Pay. When a teacher receives terminal pay benefits based on 22 unused sick leave, all unused sick leave credit shall become invalid.
Terminal Sick Leave Pay. A. Terminal pay for accumulated sick leave will be in accordance with the following schedule. If termination of employment is by death of the employee, any terminal pay to which the employee is entitled shall be made to the beneficiary as identified with the Florida retirement system or other beneficiary identified to the School Board by the Employee.
