The A. T. Net Group shall be required to give written notice to USFI of the switching indicating the period thereof, the name of the alternate carrier used and the rates charged by it.

The A. E.A. agrees to supply the number of certified members each year to the Board of Education Treasurer.

The A. E.U. agrees to indemnify and save the Employer harmless against any claim or liability arising out of the application of this article, except for any claim or liability arising out of an error committed by the Employer limited to the amount actually involved in the error.

The A. T. Net Group will be required to use an alternate carrier that is the lowest cost provider available.

The A. A.G. shall certify in writing to the Board annually by no later than June 30th the representative service fee amount for the ensuing year, as well as the membership dues for the ensuing year.

The A. A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education must be posted on official transcripts to receive credits from the agreement.

The A. A.S. degree contains at least 40% of the course work which is equivalent to freshman and sophomore level content courses required for a B.S. degree in Nursing for Registered Nurses.

The A. T.A. will not sanction any shoot dates without the approval of the state secretary. The penalty for not following this procedure is that the scores will not be registered and the Club will have to return all fees to the participants. A telephone call, e-mail, or fax transmission to the O.S.T. A. secretary is acceptable for requesting changes, additions or deletions to original shoot requests.

The A. A. Series shall pay the Business Manager as full compensation for all services rendered hereunder a fee, which shall be accrued daily and paid monthly, at an annual rate of: (a) 0.24% of that portion of the average daily net assets of the A.A. Series not exceeding $30 million; and (b) 0.20% of average daily net assets of each series of the A.A. Series in excess of $30 million.

The A. E.A. will be informed of all changes in the seniority list within fifteen (15) days of such change. e Effective September 1, 2009, teachers who leave the teaching field to become administrators will retain only those seniority rights possessed at the time of leaving the unit. (The intent is not to accrue seniority while being an administrator.)
