THE REQUIRED SERVICES. 4.1 The Supplier shall be required to provide expertise in the development of Contracting Authorities Apprentice scheme. The service provision will include: • Providing advice and guidance to ensure compliance with the new government Apprenticeship Levy; • The development, management, administration and delivery of a training curriculum that will lead to the award of an Apprenticeship related standard and/or qualification; • Ensuring robust, consistent and appropriate training processes are in place to support the development of Apprenticeships across the organisation; • The provision of an Individual Learner Record (ILR), a compliant online portal which allows for multiple levels of access, to enable authorised users (e.g. Apprentices, Contracting Authority line managers, employers, CSL, as appropriate), to log the progress of the training and development of the Apprentice throughout the scheme (Individual Learner Record); and • An End Point Assessment (EPA process that will lead to the award of a certificate of Apprenticeship by a third party certification body (which shall be a registered provider that appears on the ESFA RoATP). 4.2 The Supplier shall have the capability to support Contracting Authorities, as and when required, with the sourcing, selection and assessment, recruitment and administration of the Apprentices; including drafting job descriptions, attracting candidates, skills screening, long-listing and shortlisting, interview scheduling and references. 4.3 The Supplier shall have the capacity within its business and processes to fully meet the requirements at the anticipated volumes referred to throughout this specification from the Framework Agreement commencement date. There is no guarantee as to the volume of Apprentices to be processed, or the number of Contracting Authorities who will use this Framework. 4.4 The Supplier shall have the flexibility and scalability to be able to work with all Contracting Authorities, even during periods of peak demand and regardless of a Contracting Authorities size and value; whilst maintaining a high level of service delivery. 4.5 The Supplier shall support the future-proofing of the Framework Agreement through the flexibility to add new Apprenticeships Standards that are developed and published within the scope of the Framework Agreement throughout the duration of the Framework.
THE REQUIRED SERVICES. 5.1. The successful Supplier will provide a national tailored managed learning service, which offers a multi-tiered modular outsourced service that covers the complete learning lifecycle, provides flexibility and is scalable to meet any Contracting Authority’s needs. 5.2. The solution will range from enabling the full managed service of the entire learning and development function, just a single element of it (i.e. administration and support function), or a bespoke solution tailored to complement the Contracting Authority’s in- house resources. 5.3. The multi-tiered model includes the following services: 5.3.1. Tier 1 - Learning Portal and Catalogue – a free to access secure web based public learning portal, hosting a catalogue of courses in a broad range of subject areas, which can be used either off the shelf or customised to meet specific needs. 5.3.2. Tier 2 - Sourcing Services – source learning requirements that provides best value for money across all subject areas, and learning platforms, from traditional to leading-edge. 5.3.3. Tier 3 - Administration and Support Services – deliver customer focused, end- to-end, scalable administration and learner support solutions that are designed to ensure the highest quality user experience whilst streamlining processes and reducing costs. 5.3.4. Tier 4 - Contract Management Services - act as the single point of contact for the ongoing relationship and performance management of third party learning and development suppliers, assigned by the supplier to the Contracting Authority’s projects from initiation to close. 5.4. In addition to the core services above and for those Contracting Authorities requiring a more advanced service offering in order to meet their specific requirements, there are the following additional services:
THE REQUIRED SERVICES. 6.1 The Supplier is required to provide the following Services throughout the duration of the CCS Commercialisation Programme - Financial and Commercial Advice Contract: 6.1.1 Supporting the Contracting Authority’s negotiations with project sponsors, equity investors, commercial banks, export credit agencies, multilateral lending organisations (such as the European Investment Bank) and other various stakeholders to achieve viable and bankable projects at value for money terms; 6.1.2 Supporting the Contracting Authority in its analysis of insurability of key elements of the projects, especially regarding novel aspects of CCS specific risks; 6.1.3 Provide tax, accounting and insurance advice, for example on which treatments can improve value for money and/or reduce commercial risk; 6.1.4 Providing investment analysis on what returns investors are seeking and whether this is reasonable; 6.1.5 Advising, developing and evaluating commercial and financial structuring including equity, debt, commercial guarantee and insurance and advising on what models offer the best value for money; 6.1.6 Developing a performance regime, payment mechanism and risk allocation with a suitable risk/reward profile; 6.1.7 Demonstrating the value for money of non-generic CfD terms such as, fuel- indexation and strike price rebasing; 6.1.8 Supporting State Aid notifications to the European Commission; especially in relation to the financing plans; 6.1.9 Negotiating damages, liabilities and compensation on termination; 6.1.10 Providing advice on hedging, including providing hedging market data on deal closing, on: 6.1.10.1 interest rates; 6.1.10.2 fuel price; and 6.1.10.3 foreign exchange risk 6.1.11 Advising the Contracting Authority on procurement due diligence and compliance, and advise on how to avoid legal challenge, for instance by supporting the Contracting Authority’s assurance activities, thus reducing the risk of legal challenge; and 6.1.12 Supporting the Contracting Authority in the preparation of robust financial evaluations to reduce the likelihood of a successful challenge. 6.1.13 Developing and maintaining financial models and other supporting documentation; and 6.1.14 Supporting the Contracting Authority’s team in the governance and approval process.

  • Required Services Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement. The services and/or Deliverables described in Exhibit A shall be referred to herein as the “Required Services.”

  • Covered Services You will receive Covered Services under the terms and conditions of this Contract only when the Covered Service is: • Medically Necessary; • Provided by a Participating Provider for in-network coverage; • Listed as a Covered Service; • Not in excess of any benefit limitations described in the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract; and • Received while Your Contract is in force.
