The Summative Process. A. The Summative conference must be held by March 1 for 1st and 2nd year employees and March 10 for other NCP’s. This conference will include a review of appropriate data on accomplishment of action plans and key functions. It will also involve an assessment of the degree of achievement of goals and objectives for the year. The results of the summative conference should form the basis for setting next year’s work goals for 1st year employee or for follow-up conference for other NCP’s. The procedures for conducting the summative conference are as follows: 1. The evaluator compiles notes from the interim conference forms on the summative conference form. 2. The notes are shared with the person being evaluated during the conference. Provision is made for input of the NCP. 3. After conference is completed the evaluator uses the notes to complete a typed copy of the summative conference form. Within five (5) working days of the summative conference the person being evaluated and the person doing the evaluation sign and date the completed form together. The person being evaluated will receive a copy of the form and the evaluator will retain a copy. Two additional copies will be forwarded to the principal who will, in turn, forward a copy to the district personnel office. 4. An NCP’s letter of personal comment (optional) should be attached to each copy of the evaluation form. B. Recommendations for Improvement Administrator / supervisor recommendations are designed to help NCP identify areas that need attention, or to encourage exploration and educational growth. They should be regarded as a very positive part of the Evaluation and serve as the focal point of the Follow-up Process. 1. If there are areas that must be changed in order to be an effective NCP, a Required Improvement Plan (Plan of Assistance) will be developed and will: o Be specific as to what behavior is to be improved o Give reasons why the improvement is required o List steps to be taken to correct behavior o Describe the assistance available from the administrator and/or other resources o Give the date by which improvement must be shown o Establish criteria for determining adequate progress o Include a final written evaluation of each area needing improvement as indicated on the Plan of Assistance o Progress will be noted in the Follow-up year discussions o Written evaluation will be completed within 5 school days of completion date of the Plan of Assistance Form (Appendix A) o Any teacher given ...

All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy.   • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Grievance Process (a) Either party, with the agreement of the other party, may submit a grievance to Grievance Mediation at any time within ten (10) working days after the Employer’s decision has been rendered at the step prior to arbitration. Where the matter is so referred, the mediation process shall take place before the matter is referred to Arbitrator. (b) Grievance Mediation shall be scheduled within twenty (20) working days of the grievance being submitted to mediation, or longer period as agreed by the parties. (c) No matter may be submitted to Grievance Mediation which has not been properly carried through the grievance procedure, provided that the parties may extend the time limits fixed in the grievance procedure. (d) The parties shall agree on a mediator. (e) Proceedings before the Mediator shall be informal. Accordingly, the rules of evidence will not apply, no record of the proceedings shall be made and legal counsel shall not be used by either party, unless otherwise mutually agreed. (f) If possible, an agreed statement of facts will be provided to the Mediator, and if possible, in advance of the Grievance Mediation Conference. (g) The Mediator will have the authority to meet separately with either party. (h) If no settlement is reached within five (5) working days following Grievance Mediation, the parties are free to submit the matter to Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement. In the event that a grievance which has been mediated subsequently proceeds to arbitration, no person serving as the Mediator may serve as an Arbitrator, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Nothing said or done by the mediator may be referred to Arbitration. (i) The Union and Employer will share the cost of the Mediator, if any.

  • Details of the transfer The details of the transfer and in particular the special categories of personal data where applicable are specified in Appendix 1 which forms an integral part of the Clauses.

  • Acceptance Process All deliverables must be received and accepted in writing by Department’s Grant Manager before payment. The Grantee shall work diligently to correct all deficiencies in the deliverable that remain outstanding, within a reasonable time at Grantee’s expense. If Department’s Grant Manager does not accept the deliverables within 30 days of receipt, they will be deemed rejected.

  • Change Process Citizens may require changes altering, adding to, or deducting from the Services (each, a “Change”), provided that: (a) such Change is within the general scope of this Agreement; and, (b) Citizens will make an equitable adjustment in Vendor’s compensation or delivery date if a Change materially affects the cost or time of performance of the Services. Such equitable adjustments require the written consent of Vendor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. The Parties will cooperate in good faith to determine the scope and nature of a Change, the availability of Vendor Staff, the expertise and resources to provide such Change, and the time period in which such Change will be implemented.

  • Sale Process If a Non-Economic Facility is marketed for sale in accordance with Section 5.02 and Manager receives an offer therefor which it wishes to accept on behalf of the relevant TRS and Owner, Manager shall give the relevant TRS prompt notice thereof, which notice shall include a copy of the offer and any other information reasonably requested by such TRS. If the relevant TRS, on behalf of the relevant Owner, shall fail to accept or reject such offer within seven (7) Business Days after receipt of such notice and other information from Manager, such offer shall be deemed to be accepted. If the offer is rejected by the relevant TRS on behalf of the relevant Owner, and if Manager elects to continue marketing the Non-Economic Facility by providing written notice to the relevant TRS within seven (7) days of such rejection and Manager does not obtain another offer within ninety (90) days that is accepted by the relevant TRS, the Non-Economic Facility shall be deemed to have been sold to the relevant TRS on the date, at the price and on such other terms contained in the offer. If a Non-Economic Facility is sold to a third party or deemed to have been sold to the relevant Owner pursuant to such offer, effective as of the date of sale or deemed sale: (i) the Management Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Non-Economic Facility; (ii) Aggregate Invested Capital shall be reduced by an amount equal to the net proceeds of sale after reduction for the costs and expenses of the relevant TRS, the relevant Owner and/or Manager (or, in the case of a deemed sale, the net proceeds of sale determined by reference to such offer, after reduction for any amounts actually expended and any amounts which would reasonably have been expected to have been expended if the sale had been consummated by the relevant TRS, the relevant Owner and/or Manager). If the reduction in Aggregate Invested Capital is less than the Invested Capital of the Non-Economic Facility sold or deemed to have been sold, the difference shall be proportionately reallocated to the Invested Capital of the remaining Facilities.

  • Bidding Process 3.1. Bidding shall generally commence based on the sequence of the lot being shown on the PAH Website. However the Auctioneer has the right to vary the sequence without having to give prior notice to the intended bidders. 3.2. It shall be the responsibilities of the E-bidders to login through PAH website to wait for the turn to bid for the property lot in which they intend to bid. 3.3. The Auctioneer has the discretion to set a new reserve price in the event that there is more than one (1) registered bidder. 3.4. The amount of incremental bid will appear on the website prior to the commencement of the auction. 3.5. Registered online Bidders shall start bidding online by pressing the BID Button using their own gadgets with internet connection. If your bid is the highest, it will be denoted by a Green Coloured Box otherwise it will be a Red Coloured Box The highest bid shall flash 10 seconds (subject to change) interval for four (4) times " Calling Once, Calling Twice, Last Call and Sold". E-bidders may submit their bid at any of these stages of biddings by pressing the BID button. The successful bidder's bid will be denoted by a green coloured screen. The highest bidder shall be declared as the successful purchaser upon the fall of the hammer. 3.6. In the event that there is no bid after forty(40) seconds from the time of commencement of the auction, the auction shall be aborted. 3.7. Any bid once entered by the registered online E-bidders shall be binding and the bid shall not be withdrawn or retracted in any manner whatsoever after the fall of the hammer. 3.8. Both the successful and unsuccessful bidders will be notified by the Auctioneer through the website and also via E-mail where further directions are given in order to conclude the sale of the auction property. 3.9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and binding on all bidders. 3.10. Unsuccessful E-bidders shall have the deposit refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within two (2) working days from the date of auction. 3.11. The information shown and/or prompted on the screen handled by the PAH website in regards to the auction in particular the increment of the bidding price during the bidding process and the declaration of the successful bidder shall be final and conclusive.
