THE UNIVERSITY’S OBLIGATIONS. 3.1 The University grants the Rights and provides the Services to the Student during the Licence Period. However, it will not be liable for any failure or interruption to any Rights and Services, or for any loss arising from such failure or interruption, where it is caused by the Student's actions or the actions of any other student or by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The University will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the following facilities throughout the duration except to the extent that any of them are the subject of the occupier’s obligations. Except where the University, its agents or employees are negligent it is agreed that the University, its agents or employees shall not in any circumstances incur any liability for any temporary failure or interruption in the provision of any of the facilities or for any loss arising from such failure or interruption.
