Third-Year Review. 9.3.1 If a faculty member is offered and accepts a second three (3)-year term contract, the third annual review of that individual will involve an additional component: review by and advice from a panel of the regular faculty members who have team-taught with the individual during his/her initial term contract at the College. For the library faculty, the panel will also include all regular library faculty members. For faculty hired to teach in specific programs (see Section 5.2.2) the panel will also include the program director. 9.3.2 This panel will be convened by the xxxx who conducts the third annual review of the faculty member and will occur during the spring quarter of the third year of the faculty member’s initial term contract. The faculty member will meet with the xxxx and review panel to discuss the faculty member’s contributions to the College and to assess those things that, in the judgment of the panelists, the faculty member should address in order to meet the criteria for conversion described in Section 11.3. 1. The panel will review the faculty member’s current portfolio and will provide specific suggestions and strategies for making improvements. The xxxx’x annual evaluation of the faculty member will summarize the conclusions and recommendations of the review panel. 9.3.3 If necessary to permit the participation of at least four panelists (including the xxxx), the Third-Year Review may be delayed and occur during the first year of the faculty member’s second term contract.

Third-Year Review. Tenured bargaining unit faculty members will have an 20 interim review in the third year following promotion and a sixth-year major post-tenure review.
Third-Year Review. Tenured bargaining unit faculty members will have an interim review in the third year following promotion and a sixth-year major post-tenure review. The three-year review is conducted jointly by the bargaining unit faculty member and the appropriate department or unit head. As a result of the review, the department or unit head will prepare a brief statement and share it with the bargaining unit faculty member, who may respond in writing. The statement and any response will be placed in the bargaining unit faculty member’s personnel file.
Third-Year Review. At the end of his/her sixth semester of employment (or the equivalent for par-time NTT Faculty) the Chair/Director shall give a written review to the NTT Faculty member. Such written review may be incorporated into the NTT Faculty member’s annual review under section 11.02 of this agreement as long as it meets the requirements below. a. The purpose of the third year review is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of the NTT Faculty member’s performance of assigned duties consistent with his/her yearly workload assignment, with particular focus on progress toward attaining continuing status. As such, the review shall include a review of the NTT Faculty member’s performance during their employment, along with an assessment by the Chair/Director regarding whether the faculty member is currently making satisfactory progress toward conversion to continuing status. The third year review shall identify areas of strength and weakness and areas that need improvement. b. The NTT Faculty member shall receive a copy of his/her third year review by December 1 or May 1 (depending on which semester is the NTT Faculty Member’s sixth semester). c. The NTT Faculty member may submit a written response to this review that will also be included in the personnel file. This response must be submitted within fifteen (15) business days after the NTT Faculty member’s receipt of a copy of the review.

  • Peer Review Dental Group, after consultation with the Joint ----------- Operations Committee, shall implement, regularly review, modify as necessary or appropriate and obtain the commitment of Providers to actively participate in peer review procedures for Providers. Dental Group shall assist Manager in the production of periodic reports describing the results of such procedures. Dental Group shall provide Manager with prompt notice of any information that raises a reasonable risk to the health and safety of Group Patients or Beneficiaries. In any event, after consultation with the Joint Operations Committee, Dental Group shall take such action as may be reasonably warranted under the facts and circumstances.

  • Post Review With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

  • Performance and Salary Review Company will periodically review Executive’s performance on no less than an annual basis. Adjustments to salary or other compensation, if any, will be made by Company in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Quarterly Review For a period commencing on the initial effective date of the Registration Statement and ending five years from the date of the consummation of the Business Combination or until such earlier time at which the Liquidation occurs or the Common Stock and Warrants cease to be publicly traded, the Company, at its expense, shall cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements for each of the first three fiscal quarters prior to the announcement of quarterly financial information, the filing of the Company’s Form 10-Q quarterly report and the mailing, if any, of quarterly financial information to stockholders.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Evaluation Cycle Goal Setting and Development of the Educator Plan A) Every Educator has an Educator Plan that includes, but is not limited to, one goal related to the improvement of practice; one goal for the improvement of student learning. The Plan also outlines actions the Educator must take to attain the goals established in the Plan and benchmarks to assess progress. Goals may be developed by individual Educators, by the Evaluator, or by teams, departments, or groups of Educators who have the similar roles and/or responsibilities. See Sections 15-19 for more on Educator Plans. B) To determine the goals to be included in the Educator Plan, the Evaluator reviews the goals the Educator has proposed in the Self-Assessment, using evidence of Educator performance and impact on student learning, growth and achievement based on the Educator’s self-assessment and other sources that Evaluator shares with the Educator. The process for determining the Educator’s impact on student learning, growth and achievement will be determined after ESE issues guidance on this matter. See #22, below. C) Educator Plan Development Meetings shall be conducted as follows: i) Educators in the same school may meet with the Evaluator in teams and/or individually at the end of the previous evaluation cycle or by October 15th of the next academic year to develop their Educator Plan. Educators shall not be expected to meet during the summer hiatus. ii) For those Educators new to the school, the meeting with the Evaluator to establish the Educator Plan must occur by October 15th or within six weeks of the start of their assignment in that school iii) The Evaluator shall meet individually with Educators with PTS and ratings of needs improvement or unsatisfactory to develop professional practice goal(s) that must address specific standards and indicators identified for improvement. In addition, the goals may address shared grade level or subject matter goals. D) The Evaluator completes the Educator Plan by November 1st. The Educator shall sign the Educator Plan within 5 school days of its receipt and may include a written response. The Educator’s signature indicates that the Educator received the plan in a timely fashion. The signature does not indicate agreement or disagreement with its contents. The Evaluator retains final authority over the content of the Educator’s Plan.

  • Compensation Review The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed not less frequently than annually by the board of directors of the Company.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. (b) None of: (i) the submission of Documentation to the City by the Supplier; (ii) its examination by or on behalf of the City; or (iii) the making of any comment thereon (including any approval thereof) shall in any way relieve the Supplier of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of its duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and correctness of such Documentation, and its suitability to the matter to which it relates.
