Time off for Interviews. All such employees shall be allowed reasonable time off to attend job interviews, subject to providing proof acceptable to the Company.
Time off for Interviews. The Company will allow time off with pay for employees to attend interviews for alternate employment. This time off will be subject to prior notice/approval of the employee's manager and verification of attendance at the interview.
Time off for Interviews. The Company shall give an employee identified as being surplus a minimum of three days off work without loss of pay to attend interviews for alternative employment. Time off for interviews shall taken at such times by prior agreement between the Company and the employee. In addition, a certificate of service will be provided and counselling and/or career coaching will be made available.
Time off for Interviews. Each redundant employee shall be allowed up to one day per week during the notice period for the purpose of attending job interviews. Payment is conditional upon employees advising the Company of their intent to be absent prior to taking time off.

During the period of notice of retrenchment given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day’s leave without loss of pay during each week of notice, for the purpose of seeking other employment. In the event of proof being given relating to a job interview where distance would preclude this being done in one day, consideration will be given to extending this time off (without loss of pay) to two days, but during the period of notice the maximum amount of time given off will in days be equal to the number of week’s notice.
