Time off for Interviews. All such employees shall be allowed reasonable time off to attend job interviews, subject to providing proof acceptable to the Company.

Time off for Interviews. The Company will allow time off with pay for employees to attend interviews for alternate employment. This time off will be subject to prior notice/approval of the employee's manager and verification of attendance at the interview.
Time off for Interviews. The Company shall give an employee identified as being surplus a minimum of three days off work without loss of pay to attend interviews for alternative employment. Time off for interviews shall taken at such times by prior agreement between the Company and the employee. In addition, a certificate of service will be provided and counselling and/or career coaching will be made available.
