Tobacco Policy. Contractor agrees to abide by written policies provided by County as Exhibit D-5 relating to tobacco use and acceptance of funds from the tobacco industry.
Tobacco Policy. It is understood that the City is a tobacco-free worksite, and the Union agrees to abide by the “No Tobacco” policy of the City of Xxxxxx.
Tobacco Policy. Per Board policy, all buildings grounds and vehicles of the Board will be tobacco free including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, herbal tobacco products, electronic and smokeless cigarettes, vapor devices, and chewing tobacco.
Tobacco Policy. The use of tobacco and vaping products is prohibited in school buses, district-owned vehicles, and in any portion of any building or property owned by, or leased to, the School Board.
Tobacco Policy. The individuals, research groups, research institutions or personnel of research institutions associated with a Children’s Hospital Foundation award shall not accept any money by way of research grants, consultancies or sponsorships from the tobacco industry or persons connected with the tobacco industry. This includes direct funding, as well as advertising, sponsorship, gifts or loan of goods or services, or funding by any other means.
Tobacco Policy. Employees hired after January 1, 1987, shall comply with their existing physical condition and non-smoking contracts. All bargaining unit employees hired after January 1, 2004 shall sign a physical condition and tobacco use contract restricting their use of all types of tobacco. Copies of the above referenced contracts are attached and marked Exhibit H and I.
Tobacco Policy. Use of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices on all properties and facilities of the University of Oklahoma, regardless of campus or location is prohibited.
Tobacco Policy. During the term of the contract, Contractor will not receive money or financial support from any company that sells, manufactures or distributes tobacco or alcohol products, and will not invest any money in those companies.
Tobacco Policy. Contractor shall comply with the Commission's Tobacco policy, whereby Contractor, among other things, acknowledges the importance of protecting the health and safety of children, families, employees, visitors and others, and has adopted a Tobacco Policy requiring a tobacco-free provision be present in any agreement between the Commission and Contractor’s funded by the Commission. The Tobacco policy is contained in the Manual.
Tobacco Policy. The City of Anacortes complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding tobacco use in the workplace and provides a work environment that promotes productivity and the wellbeing of its employees. The use of tobacco in the workplace is now in violation of the law in the State of Washington. Accordingly, the use of smoking and smokeless tobacco products are restricted in all of its facilities. Tobacco use is prohibited inside all City of Anacortes facilities, including City-owned buildings, vehicles, and offices or other facilities rented or leased by the City, including individual employee offices. The smoking policy applies to employees during working time and anytime in uniform. Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas that are at least 25 feet from building entrances and exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes. Employees are expected to exercise common courtesy and to respect the needs and sensitivities of coworkers with regard to the smoking policy. Smokers have a special obligation to keep smoking areas litter-free and not to abuse break and work rules. Employees who violate the policy may be subject to disciplinary action.
