DEDUCTION FROM WAGES. The Board agrees to deduct dues from the wages of members for local Association and the Pennsylvania Educational Support Professional Association as said members authorize the Board to deduct and transmit the monies by check to the Council Rock Educational Support Professional Association. The CRESPA/ESPA/PSEA will provide the Board with a list of those employees who have authorized the Board to deduct dues for the Association. The time schedule for deductions and format for the payroll deduction authorization card will be jointly reviewed and determined with the payroll department of the business office. The Association shall indemnify and hold the District harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders, or judgments brought or issued against the Board or its agents as a result of any action taken or not taken under the provisions of this Article.
DEDUCTION FROM WAGES. If you are overpaid by easyJet by mistake you agree to the amount overpaid being deducted from your salary. You should inform your base management team as soon as possible, who will discuss with you the arrangements for deducting the overpayment from your salary. DEDUCTION FROM WAGES. (a) During the lifetime of this Agreement, the Company shall deduct from the wages of each bargaining unit employee, the monthly union dues in the amount certified by the Union to the Company, to be currently in effect according to the Constitution of the United Steelworkers. Such deductions shall be made from all wages earned in each calendar month and shall be remitted within fifteen (15) days following the last deduction made in each month, by cheque payable to the International Secretary-Treasurer, United Steelworkers. The monthly remittance shall be accompanied by a completed USW R115 Form (a summary of the dues calculations made for the month, each month), as well as a statement showing the names of each employee from whose pay deductions have been made and the total deducted for the month. DEDUCTION FROM WAGES. The Executive agrees the Company shall be entitled to deduct from salary or other payments due to him (including any bonus payment owed) any money that the Executive owes to the Company at any time, including but not limited to any overpayments of salary or benefits, unauthorised or fraudulently claimed expenses, outstanding debts or loans owed to the Company, training costs owed to the Company, remuneration and benefits received during any period of unauthorised absence, holiday taken in excess of entitlement or losses suffered by us as a result of the Executive’s negligence or breach of our policies, practices and procedures or failure/refusal to return any of the Company’s property.

Circumstances in which deductions may be made by the Company include: any repayment of salary, commission or bonus; any overpayments of salary, commission (including commission advance) or bonus; relocation reimbursements, excess holiday or loans made to you by the Company, or losses suffered by the Company as a result of your negligence or breach of Company rules; reimbursement of training fees, costs relating to equipment or devices damaged or not returned by you, and losses suffered by your negligence or breach of Company rules.
