Deduction from Wages. When notice of termination is given by the employer or the employee, the employer will advise the employee of any money or property owed to the employer. This advice will, except in exceptional circumstances, be at least one week before the last day of work. Following this advice, the employer may make deductions from the employee’s wages in respect of any money or property owed to the employer which has not been repaid or returned to the employer before the employee leaves.
Deduction from Wages. 10.1 The Company reserves the right at any time during, or in any event upon termination, to deduct from the Director’s salary and/or any commission payment and/or any other monies due to the Director, an amount equivalent to any of the following:
Deduction from Wages. The Board agrees to deduct dues from the wages of members for local Association and the Pennsylvania Educational Support Professional Association as said members authorize the Board to deduct and transmit the monies by check to the Council Rock Educational Support Professional Association. The CRESPA/ESPA/PSEA will provide the Board with a list of those employees who have authorized the Board to deduct dues for the Association. The time schedule for deductions and format for the payroll deduction authorization card will be jointly reviewed and determined with the payroll department of the business office. The Association shall indemnify and hold the District harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders, or judgments brought or issued against the Board or its agents as a result of any action taken or not taken under the provisions of this Article.
Deduction from Wages. 15.1 Pre Tax Salary Sacricfice arrangements may be made for such purposes as are approved by the Company. Such deductions shall include "Wage Sacrifice" for superannuation and Laptop computers.
Deduction from Wages. If you are overpaid by easyJet by mistake you agree to the amount overpaid being deducted from your salary. You should inform your base management team as soon as possible, who will discuss with you the arrangements for deducting the overpayment from your salary. You also agree that easyJet will be entitled to deduct or reclaim any money that you owe to easyJet from your salary during or at the end of your employment. This will include, but is not limited to, salary payments made in advance, the amount of any expenses claimed by you and paid, but subsequently disallowed by the Company, the cost of training repayable under any agreement that you have with easyJet, outstanding loans, repayment of excess holiday taken and the cost of repairing any damage or loss to easyJet’s property caused by a wilful or negligent act or default on your part.
Deduction from Wages. The Employer is entitled, and the Employee agrees and consents, to the Employer making wage/holiday pay deductions (at the conclusion of employment) relating to the pro-rata balance of the nursing registration costs and the residual value of unreturned uniform items and other Xxxxxx Xxxxxx property, in accordance with the Wages Protection Xxx 0000.
Deduction from Wages. (a) The Company will deduct a sum equal to the regular monthly union dues from the first pay only in each month of all employees, provided that such deductions will not start until the calendar month following completion of his probationary period, and to the extent that sufficient unencumbered earnings are payable to the employee. The amount of dues so deducted from wages, accompanied by a statement of deductions from individuals containing their names and Social Insurance Numbers, shall be remitted by the Company to the Union not later than fifteen days after the deductions are made.
Deduction from Wages. (a) During the lifetime of this Agreement, the Company shall deduct from the wages of each bargaining unit employee, the monthly union dues in the amount certified by the Union to the Company, to be currently in effect according to the Constitution of the United Steelworkers. Such deductions shall be made from all wages earned in each calendar month and shall be remitted within fifteen (15) days following the last deduction made in each month, by cheque payable to the International Secretary-Treasurer, United Steelworkers. The monthly remittance shall be accompanied by a completed USW R115 Form (a summary of the dues calculations made for the month, each month), as well as a statement showing the names of each employee from whose pay deductions have been made and the total deducted for the month. Deduction from Wages. During employment or upon termination, you authorise the Company to deduct from your pay or your final pay upon termination, as the case may be, any outstanding monies owed by you to the Company. These may include but are not limited to: ▪ Specific PPE not returned to the Company; ▪ Relocation expenses; ▪ Any overpayments made to you; ▪ The cost of the replacement or repair of any equipment issued to you that has been either lost or wilfully damaged or stolen; ▪ Mobilisation cost recovery; ▪ Any traffic related infringements; ▪ Recovery of cost of clothing issued as per clause 17; and ▪ Clothing issued.
