Common use of Training Course Clause in Contracts

Training Course. The Employer shall post any Training Courses and experimental programs for which employees may be selected. The bulletin shall contain the following information: Type of course (subjects and material covered) Time, duration and location of course Minimum qualifications required for applicant Whenever feasible, this bulletin shall be posted for a period of two (2) weeks on bulletin boards to afford all interested employees to apply for such training.
