Transaction verification. The Principal agrees to verify transaction results through means such as ATM inquiry, phone banking inquiry, faxed statements, Internet banking, online-printed statements, passbook updates, and electronic messages (missed messages will not be sent again for the same month if it is due to reasons that the Bank is not accountable for).
Transaction verification. I. For every instruction processed, the Bank shall notify the Applicant of the outcome via electronic documents. The Applicant shall verify whether such outcomes contain errors. Any inconsistencies must be reported to the Bank within 45 days after the transaction is completed, by e-mail, phone call, or by other method as agreed, for further investigation.
II. The Bank shall deliver a statement of transactions conducted in the previous month to the Applicant on a monthly basis using methods agreed upon by the two parties (except for credit card statements, no other statements shall be delivered for months where no transactions took place). Details are described as follows:
(I) A statement of transactions shall be delivered before the tenth business day of each month. The delivery date may be pushed back further if the Bank is unable to operate due to reasons not attributable to the Bank or owing to force majeure, the working days required for preparation works are insufficient, or the schedule required for data verification is affected by system-related factors.
(II) The Applicant shall verify all items listed in the transaction statement and report any errors found by e-mail, phone call, or by any other method in written format within 45 days after receiving the statement.
III. The Bank shall immediately conduct an investigation upon receiving the Applicant's report. The Bank shall inform the Applicant of the outcome of the investigation via electronic document within 30 days after receiving the report.
IV. The Applicant agrees to receive or inquire about transaction results using the following methods: ATM inquiry, telephone banking inquiry, account statement via fax, Internet banking inquiry, account statement printed online, passbook update at the Bank or electronic documents sent by the Bank (in cases where the causes of a delivery failure are not attributable to the Bank, the document will not be resent), or any method agreed upon by the two parties.

If there are any doubts about the transaction details on the credit card statement, it should be handled according to the time limit and method specified in Terms and Conditions for E.
Transaction verification. The Applicant shall check and verify the transaction results for errors after each transaction instruction is handled. Any discrepancy should be reported to the Bank within 45 days of the transaction completion for investigation. The Applicant agrees that the consensus shall be reached according to the records provided by the Bank and the confirmation of both parties. The Bank shall compile a statement of transactions conducted in the previous month, and deliver it to the Applicant on a monthly basis using electronic documents or methods agreed upon by the two parties (statements may not be delivered for months where no transactions took place). For Applicant applied to co-utilization of internet banking services is deemed to have authorized the Bank to deliver the statements (including all accounts of Applicant) via methods agreed upon between the designated members and the Bank. The Applicant should verify all items listed in the transaction statement, and notify the Bank any errors found within 45 days after receiving the statement. The Bank shall conduct investigation upon receiving the Applicant's notification and inform the Applicant of the outcome of the investigation within 30 days after receiving the notification. The Applicant agrees that the remittance transaction results may be notified to the Applicant via internet inquiries, internet statements or electronic messages from the Bank. (For failed deliveries for any reasons not attributable to the Bank, the results will not be re-delivered for that month.) The Applicant also agrees that the account balance and transaction details recorded in the Bank's system are final and undebatable.

The Member should verify all items listed in the transaction statement, and report any errors found in writing, via electronic document, or using methods agreed upon by the two parties within 45 days after receiving the statement for the Bank to conduct investigations.
III. The Bank shall conduct immediate investigation upon receiving the Member's error report, and inform the Member the outcome of the investigation in writing, via electronic document (including email and APP push notification), or using any method agreed upon by the two parties within 30 days after receiving the Member's report.
Transaction verification. All deposits and payments made at our full service ATMs or ITMs are subject to our verification and collection. Deposits in check or similar form are subject to collection. All deposits made at our full service ATMs or ITMs are subject to our Funds Availability Policy.
Transaction verification. When you complete a transaction on your Device (i.e. bill payment, funds transfer) you may receive an SMS Text Message as confirmation that the transaction was successful. If you do not receive this message due to a dropped call or lost signal, it is your responsibility to check your accounts and re-submit any transactions that did not process.
Transaction verification. Information pertaining to transactions conducted with the card are subject to verification and approval by the Caisse before being finalized. Transaction records are issued for information purposes only and to assist the cardholder in keeping his or her records current.
Transaction verification. All orders placed through newly created and/or rarely used storefront accounts may be subject to multiple enhanced-verification procedures. These verification procedures may include verifying shipping names and addresses, calling the purchasers to verify their orders, plus any additional procedures needed to ensure each transaction's legitimacy. Additionally, transactions that are larger than two hundred and fifty U.S. dollars ($250) are subject to our enhanced-verification procedures on a case-by-case basis on all accounts. Transactions that cannot be verified will result in their associated orders receiving a “Pending” status while we attempt to determine the legitimacy of the transaction. Transactions that cannot be verified within five (5) business days may result in the order being canceled and the transaction refunded to the purchaser. Once a transaction has been verified, the “Pending” status on its associated order will be removed. Notwithstanding any transaction limits and verification terms defined herein, we may delay, suspend or reject a transaction if we suspect that the transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, suspicious or otherwise unusual based on prior transaction activity and application of our internal fraud controls.
