Transition Work. Although you indicated in your letter of resignation to be available to Mx. Xxxxxx for a transition period (up to a maximum of 10 days after your resignation or until June 17, 2005), the company has not needed your services during that time period. Also, the company will not ask you to complete any transition work in the future.
Transition Work. The parties agree to take the respective actions set forth on Schedule C attached hereto to prepare for an orderly transition under the Basic Agreements at the Effective Time.

Prior to your Termination Date, you provided me with an up-to-date status report of significant projects you were managing, or otherwise involved with, including a description of each project, the project due date, and other information relevant to the project. After your Termination Date, you agree to be available for 90 days (by phone or email) to discuss the above referenced projects. Such assistance shall not unreasonably interfere with your duties as a full time employee elsewhere.
Transition Work. In partnership with the State, the Contractor shall participate in the transition services described below (the “Transition Services”) for the provision of services under the VCCI program at no additional charge to the State. The period during which Contractor provides such Transition Services shall be deemed to be the “Transition Period.” The Contractor shall design a transition plan that will allow the Contractor to transfer data collected since 2007 from the Contractor to a newly awarded Care Management and Supplemental Services Entity. Data shall include data files, logs, scripts, data dictionaries, reports, and other work products to transfer historic program data to allow the state to provide continuity of VCCI business operations. All data described below shall cover the period from July 1, 2007 (except as otherwise specifically set forth below) to the end of the term of the Agreement and the parties shall mutually agree on the number of files necessary to cover this period. Transition Work. The Superintendent shall be entitled to payment of a per diem rate for transition work undertaken with the School Corporation and/or MGT prior to July 1, 2024. The per diem rate will be calculated as follows: $215,000/260 days = $826.92 per day minus any and all withholdings required by state and federal law. Superintendent shall be entitled to be paid reasonable travel expenses associated with transition work approved by the Board President.
