Travel Overtime Sample Clauses
The Travel Overtime clause defines how overtime pay is handled for employees who travel for work outside of their regular working hours. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which travel time is considered compensable as overtime, such as travel occurring on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours, and may outline the rates or limits for such compensation. Its core function is to ensure fair compensation for employees required to travel beyond their standard schedules, thereby addressing potential disputes and clarifying employer obligations regarding overtime pay for travel.
