Travel Passes. American Airlines will provide a total of *** round trip tickets per year to be used by the on-site Allegiant representatives for travel between a destination within the main land United States and TUL or the base where a C-check is being performed. The ticket route and time will be based on available space within the American Airlines flight system.

Travel Passes. 77.1 The Company will provide the following to all Employees for the duration of their employment: • An Employee Free Travel Authority (EFTA) or equivalent Myki card (for use in Victoria only); • A first class rail pass for use by the Employee, spouse and eligible dependents whilst the Employee is on annual and/or long service leave (for use in Victoria only); • An Interstate Rail Pass will be available for periods of five (5) days or more of annual leave to Employees who transferred from Hillside or Bayside Trains Corporation on 29 August 1999, under transmission of business; and • An Interstate Rail Pass will be available for periods of five (5) days or more of annual leave to Employees who transferred from Xxxxxx Infraco, National Express or MainCo, under transmission of business, and were employed with Xxxxxx Infraco, National Express or MainCo prior.
Travel Passes. 62.1 Any Employee who at the time of making this Agreement had an entitlement to a Travel Pass shall continue to have such entitlement.

  • Business Travel, Lodging, etc Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in connection with his/her performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to Employer, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with Employer’s business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Cellular Phone Employer shall provide Employee with a cellular phone for his use in performing his responsibilities with Employer. In the alternative, Employer shall pay Employee’s cellular phone expense.

For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
