Uniforms and overalls. Should the Employer require an employee to wear any uniform or overall (other that specified in clause 16.5) the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing or maintaining the uniform or overall. Should the Employer fail to reimburse the employee, the Employer will provide, maintain, and clean such uniform in good repair without cost to the employee.
Uniforms and overalls. (1) Should any dispute arise as to the wearing of uniforms and overalls, if such are required to be worn, the dispute, howsoever originating and any matter arising therefrom, including the matter of the laundering of uniforms and overalls, shall be determined in accordance with the Dispute Settlement procedure prescribed by this Agreement.
