Uniforms and Personal Equipment. The Contractor's employees shall wear clean, neat and complete uniforms when on duty. All employees shall wear uniforms approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The Contractor shall provide for each employee and supervisor, uniforms and personal equipment as detailed in Section J, Exhibit B, CONTRACTOR FURNISHED MATERIALS. The Contractor shall bear the cost of purchasing, cleaning, pressing, and repair of the uniforms.
Uniforms and Personal Equipment. Section 1. The Employer shall furnish each newly hired employee with the following items of uniform and personal equipment which shall be worn in according to the dress code of the Fire Division. Said items of uniform shall be replaced on an as needed basis.
