UNION ADMISSION TO JOB. 36.1 The Business Manager of the Local Union or his/her Field Representative having jurisdiction and the Business Manager or his/her Field Representative of the District Council will be permitted to visit any project at any time to solicit membership, collect dues, investigate conditions and work with the authorized representative of the Employer to correct violations existing on any job at any time, but he/she shall in no way unnecessarily delay the work on the job site.
36.2 Should the Employer refuse the authorized representative admission to the job at any time, the Business Manager of the appropriate District Council of Laborers of the Union is free to take any economic action against such Employer it deems necessary and such action shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement.
36.3 On projects which are under security regulations, the Employer will cooperate with the Union officials in this regard as far as regulations permit.

Section 4. There will be no discrimination against any employee because of past or present union activities. However, no employee, unless they have been designated as the xxxxxxx on the job, is to use the Employer's time for union activities.
Section 5. The Union shall appoint a job xxxxxxx or stewards whenever it deems it necessary or appropriate. Job stewards shall be working employees who shall in addition to their regular assigned work, be permitted to perform the duties set forth herein, without disrupting others at work.
Section 6. The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the appointment of any job stewards. Stewards shall not be discharged or laid off for performing duties as job xxxxxxx in accordance with this Article.
Section 7. The Employer shall notify the Business Representative at least two (2) days prior to terminating a Xxxxxxx. If the Xxxxxxx is terminated, the Business Representative may appoint another Xxxxxxx from the remaining crew and shall advise the Employer.
Section 8. A job Xxxxxxx shall:
(a) Bring to the attention of the employer and business representative any infraction of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
(b) Check all Laborer employees performing work covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement to ascertain proper clearance and/or dispatch.
UNION ADMISSION TO JOB. 28.1 The authorized representative of the Union signatory to this Agreement shall have the right to solicit membership, collect dues, investigate conditions existing on the job at any time, upon first reporting at the office or to the job superintendent, or Contractor's representative, if possible, and presenting properly certified credentials signed by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Joint Council of Teamsters No. 37, or the Secretary of the Local Union.
28.2 Should the Contractor refuse the authorized representative of the Union admission to the job at any time, the Union is free with concurrence of Joint Council Representatives to take any economic action against such Contractor as it deems necessary and such action shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement.
28.3 On projects which are under security regulations the Contractor will cooperate with the Union officials in this regard as far as regulations permit. Contractor will notify the Local Union representative of all equipment being utilized on such projects and provide the representative with the names of all employees working within the jurisdiction of this Agreement on the project.
28.4 The Union shall notify the Contractor in writing of all stewards on the job or jobs. Job stewards have no authority to take any action interrupting the Employer's business. The Employer in so recognizing such limitation shall have the authority to impose proper discipline, including discharge, in the event the xxxxxxx has taken unauthorized action, slow down or work stoppage in violation of this Agreement. A xxxxxxx cannot be removed from his/her job for legitimate union activities. The Employer shall give the Union one (1) full working day's notice before lay-off or termination.

UNION ADMISSION TO JOB. 33.1 The Business Manager of the Local Union or their Field Representative having jurisdiction and the Business Manager or their Field Representative of the District Council will be permitted to visit any project at any time after checking in with the project superintendent, prior to proceeding to the project to solicit their membership, collect dues, investigate conditions and work with the authorized representative of the Employer to correct violations existing on any job at any time, but they shall in no way unnecessarily delay the work on the job site or approach any employees of a qualified non-signatory employer while on the job site.
33.2 Should the Employer refuse the authorized representative admission to the job at any time, the Business Manager of the appropriate District Council of Laborers of the Union is free to take any economic action against such Employer it deems necessary and such action shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement.
33.3 On projects which are under security regulations, the Employer will cooperate with the Union officials in this regard as far as regulations permit.
UNION ADMISSION TO JOB. Duly authorized representatives of the Union may meet with employees covered by this Agreement provided, however, that the representative(s) shall obtain prior approval from the Employer’s Manager of Employee Relations before arrival at Beluga. Such meetings shall not interfere with the efficient operation of the work performed at Beluga. All Employer rules and regulations will be observed by the Union representative(s) while at Beluga.

(a) Receiving weekly stewards’ reports providing each individual Laborers’ full name, rate of pay, classification and hours worked.
